My fiance had his interview this morning at the ghana embassy. We all the paperwork you could think of proof of relationship. After questions, the office back back and gave my fiance a white paper 221g stating that the case will be return without any information (why) What are our options and whats next? Are we able to get our case reaffirmed (noir) or is that done for only CRl (married)

On 11-29-2017 my husband went in for our long awaited reaffirmed petition interview. We arrived at about 7:45 for an 8:30 appointment. They check i personnel allowed hi. Entry at 8:00. He waited about two hours before submitting his documents and taking bios.
While submitting documents the person taking the docs asked how long ee have been married, commented on a picture we submitted of us with a cheetah in South Africa on one of our vacarions. My husband said he was filling a form similar to a matrix of the documents and information.
He then sat down and waited approximately 30 minutes before called to window 9. His officer was a young man, and my husband said he was kind, reslectful and my husba d felt very at ease. Here is the conversation:
My husbands name by officer addressing him...your visa has been approved.

I’m happy to share my husband’s interview went perfect today and we were approved! I originally petition for my husband back in 2015 ultimately we were denied, the CO KM stayed our marriage was a sham. I repetitioned for my husband in March 2017, thankfully I was able to get our petition expedited and approved in April 2017. I then was able to get an interview for my husband dayed tpday 11/29/17. At my husband’s interview today he was asked a few questions. He stated that the interviewer was a young Caucasian American male who appeared to be around 40 years old. He states that he was asked who petition for you? Where does your wife work? What job does she do? How many siblings does your wife have? Are they all females? Has she been married before? Have you been married before? What is the dynamic of your relationship with your wife’s children? He even asked about the previous interviews that my husband had back in 2015. He also asked about my deceased pare... read complete review

hi folks,
i went for my F2A interview with my two children 12 and 6 years old. All went well during the interview which was on 8th November,2017. After everything, the consular officer assured us everything is good except that my medical report (principal applicant) was not ready and that i should post our passports and only my medicals to DHL when i get the results from Akai clinic.
However during my medical examination, i was asked to do a sputum smear test and culture which will take 2 months for results to be ready. This was done to check for possible T.B infection.Has anybody pass through such delay before and what was the outcome of the results.
Thank you.
