The interview was nice. The only thing he asked was what I inted to do in the U.S. for a living. He looked briefly at the proof and checked the I 134 and supporting documents. The interview took about 7 minutes, I would say. The officer was very, very friendly. Make sure you have your medical done prior to your interview. If you want to know right away if you're approved, you have to have the medical exam results sent to the embassy a week beforehand. Otherwise they'll tell you, that everything is ok, but they can't tell you that you're approved yet.

Fast, efficient, well organized, friendly staff.
Whole thing took about 90 minutes. I didn't get the impression that they were actually checking anything or interviewing me. The actual interview with the consular officer didn't even last 5 minutes, he mainly just looked through my file and asked 2 questions.
Cons: You are outside in a waiting line for the security checkpoint for at least about 30 minutes. In September that was OK, but in winter or when its raining it might be very disagreeable.

We showed up a half hour late for our 8am appointment. The line for non-immigrant visas was decent, but we were the only ones to stand in the "all others" line, and were taken ahead of the other line. It was icy cold and snowing out; approaching the check in window with our four month old baby granted us a pass to the front of the security line.
Security was easy, though they held on to my husband's keys for the mini flashlight we forgot to leave behind. On entering the atrium I was grateful for a woman who approached us and told us which sign to watch and where to head once called (window 43 is not an option downstairs). I watched others enter undirected and they seemed mighty confused. Our number was called twice while I was changing the baby's diaper. We sprinted up the stairs and heard the number after us being called as we approached our designated spot.
