Well, to begin with, the Office was about 30 minutes late getting opened up. Dandan was seemingly calm and cool (more so than I). She said she began to be a little worried when she realized we had left a copy of her Passport out of the file... luckily they allowed her the time to go to the 4th floor and get a copy. She began to relax and chat a while until she and others noticed a lot of blue slips being passed out. She was really nervous when the one window that appeared to have handed out nothing but blue called her number. She said all went well, until he closed the file and asked her to tell him how many days a week I worked, and how many people were in the company I worked for. She had not really prepared for that question, but she recalled I had told her about a recent merger which put us to about 500 people... he questioned her again and she was a little shocked that her sounded like she was wrong. I think this was his personal effort to read her reactions about everythin... read complete review

My finance attend citizen hour three days before my interview. He brought all financial supporting documents with him. The VO went through the documents and checked in their system, seems no problem for our case.

Later I went to interview. The whole process was around 5 hours (from 6:30am stand in the line to 11:30 come out). I subimitted all financial supporting documents before the interview, including 3 years tax forms, 3 years W2, house certificate, evaluation form, pay stub, electricity bill, stock form, etc.

The interview was conducted by window No.23 VO. Questions are raised as: Who applied you? Where he lives? What is his job? How you meeting each other? When that happened? (During these questions, I told VO lots of things, include how many times he comes and how long each time he stays etc. ) Then he asked about pictures. I handed in and explain all the way along while he is looking. Who is this, where we are, what he is doing, why we take a pict... read complete review

Brief overview:
- Consulate contacted Hui by phone just after submitting P-3, concerning an e-mail I sent to change her e-mail address. I spoke to the lady on the phone, and explained the change. Then Hui was asked if we were already married (since I was here), of course no... Then the lady informed me that our interview was scheduled on Dec 3, and packet 4 would arrive soon. (very nice on the phone, and very helpful!)

- I attended citizens hour on Monday before the interview. All of my concerns were addressed and all questions answered. Blunt, but answered. The lady I talked with told me that our differing languages would be a problem...

- December 3, Interview:
-- The entry to building was similar to all other reviews, so I will not bore you.
-- She entered about 7:45, and exited about 12:40. She had a smile, subdued, but a smile. She had received a white paper called a "Call-In Letter", simply requiring CORRECTLY notarized ... read complete review
