Arrived at consulate at 6:30 am to line outside of building,I think it is a good idea to be early. at about 7:30 am began to let people into building. I was not allowed into the consulate so i waited in the park across the street. QingQing was finished and out of the building at 10:15 am with visa approval in hand. she said that her interview was about 2 minuets and she was asked about 5 questions.
1. What is your fiance's name?
2. when did your relationship begin?
3. how many times has your fiance been to china? she then gave the interviewer the copies of my china visas
4. when was your fiance's first trip to china?
5. asked what was fiance's job?
he then asked for some more photos of us together and then told her she had her visa and to enjoy america.

All required documentation was prepared and submitted. All requirements were met. The relationship was questioned so they imposed 13 action items just to flaunt their power and use my case as an example.

If one is prepared then there is no problems at all. US Visa Unit desired that that spouse present names of ex wife(s), their SSN, DOB, current address and phone number. When my wife had her interview yesterday, she had "the kitchen sink" with her and all they asked was three questions: How long we have known each other(she handed the interviewer a 4 page hand written letter by me), if she had the I-134 with her and it was presented to the interviewer and the my wife was ask if she had my passport with her. She got the pink slip and we were HAPPY. We will be in USA on April 9, 2007. We celebrated with two other couples at The FULL HOUSE KITCHEN. Good luck to all

People were nice to me. In the beginning they spoke Chinese, but after they knew I studied English in college they started speaking in english. The interview lasted about 5 minutes and everything went well.

Was asked about nine questions. Three of the questions required her to show divorce papers, tax returns and I-134 form. Then asked to see pictures. VO was an American woman. She smiled and was "very nice".
