Poor experience. My case was put under Administrative Processing 220 (G) for a document required.. which ended up not being required after all. Still under review after 13 weeks.

The interview was scheduled for 7:30am on December 9th 2019 at the new consulate location. It took about 45 minutes of waiting for him to be called for the actual interview and they only asked 4 questions:
1. How did you meet?
2. When did you get married?
3. What state does your wife live in?
4. What has been the longest amount of consecutive time you have spent in the United States?
He was not asked to provide any additional documents and was told the visa could take 2-4 weeks to be issued. We received the notice that his passport was ready to be picked up on Dec. 12th (Thursday) so it only took 3 days total.

Happy to say our K-1 Visa was approved on 12/11/2019. Although, this process has been daunting and stressful, the interview process was seamless for my Fiance. We were very organized and had all the documents required per the Packet 3 Instructions and Checklist AND more. Documents submitted were:
-Intent to Marry Letter plus copy
-Passport plus copy of biographical page
-Birth Certificate plus copy
-Marriage Certificate plus copy (previous marriage)
-Divorce Certificate plus copy (previous marriage)
-Police Certificate plus copy (PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT CERT. UNDER THE PRIVACY ACT)
-Signed Affidavit of Support (I-134) plus copy
-Two passport-style photos
Stay organized and ensure you bring all applicable documents requested on the Checklist, as well as proof, of relationship and U.S. Sponsor's proof of domicile, in case the Officer asks for this.
I was not allowed in with my Fiance... read complete review

They have a new address at the consulate. It moved as of November 12th. The address was different than those listed on all our papers as it moved on November 12th and our booking occurred in October. As of this date google was not up to date. The literature sent said you could bring a USA citizen to the interview. They can't do in since the move. Also due to lack of space expect to wait in a line outside. Dress warmly as its Montreal. There is no point in getting there before your appointed time as they call in all the appointments for the booked time at the booked time. Once inside expect about 1 to 2 hours of processing. Most of it is waiting. They will tell you what order they want all the documents in. There are 2 phases. The first is giving the documents as asked for to the first officer. The officer we had was a bit abrupt and down to business. Remain calm and be polite. After that you wait for the second officer to review your file and call you up. If you have all your items tog... read complete review
