hey buddy, i read ur post my girl married a jap in the phil and got divorced in japan and she went down to the nso in the phil and got her cenomar.. took about a week..my girl wants to know if ur girl reported it to the phil embassy in japan? then they would send it through to the phil..she also said in packet 3 they have the nso website, try using that to see if they have it..hope this helps...

My girl just got back from phil. got her pc. We received our packet 3. She went to get her pc in japan today,she was told it would be ready by may 30.Then send it off and wait for packet 4.Hope all is going smooth for u.Good luck keep in touch...

agnes lives in toyota shi,but when i visit we stay in nagoya..i should be going back mid april, then when she gets her visa we will go to the philippines for a few weeks then come back to new york...if i find anything out i'll let u know...
