We r still waiting for noa2, tried to have her sister pick up the police clearance but she said that she needs to appear in person..i know that cant be true.. if u have any info please let me know...thanks and good luck

HI.i'm a nov1 filer and my fiance was born in the Philippines now lives in Japan her visa there expires at the end aug so we are trying to get ahead start on all the paper work.My question is can she get her police clearance from the Philippines or do we have to wait till we get our noa2...Can she have her sister go down and get it or does she have to go there herself..Thank u for your help..
