DO NOT GET MARRIED !!!
i did this mistake and its costing me a lot now if u apply for K1 then she needs to be only ur fiance until u r in the U.S if u get married before that then ur K1 is no longer good and u will have to apply for I-130 and wait 8-10 month thats where im now so either delay ur wedding or go get married now and forget about the K1 and apply for I-130

well GOOD NEWS DHL web site said sched as agreed in the morning but i checked now and my wife's passport is on the way it left the embassy at 1030 pm didnt know they pick up that late so its just matters of few hours and she will have the passport in her hands. it was 1 year and 5 days journey but thank god its over now good luck to everybody and wish u the best merry xmas thats my xmas gift

with respect to your lawyer he is an idiot to tell u that !!! it will not hurt to have everything with u and be ready other wise if they ask for something and u dont have it u will have to dhl to them and more delay and more time . Let him go with everything you havd thats what im planning to do with my wife . ###### get lost all the time.

Mona, My heart is bleeding for you. This is terrible. You have been married like 10 years, right? What are they thinking. Some of the people I see them give a visa to are not even close to real relationships. And you have long time and kids and they are just insane.
I am so sorry this is happening.
I will pray for them to resolve this quick.
