work visa expires in January 2021

They will be getting married in 3 months here. 

Is is there going to be issue coming back when they go out of country to India in November/  December in 2020?

I believe the letter said you are approved so there is no interview

We just moved to different city last month and already filed change of address with USCIS online the same week so USCIS already have our new address.

should we answer it yes and write the new address?

and how do we report it in addition information Part 11 as? section D, i have to write old and new address with explanation?
