Medical Day 1, VAC Day 2 seems a better plan. Also, do not forget to get the vaccinations (at least as many of them as possible) done before going for medical. Otherwise, they will give you all the shots all on the same day during medical and it will also cost lot more.
Here are some vaccination clinics in Bangalore - http://www.justdial.com/Bangalore/vaccination-centre
Can we get vaccinations from any clinic ?

Yeah just wanted to make sure that when filine i864, don't want to have any problems.
-
Does it have to be notarized?

I got married in February 2014. Just filed my tax return 2 days ago and filed as single. (that is what the tax prepare said since the tax return being filed was for last year).
Is this correct?
Thanks!

does anyone have answer for the above question?
-
Thank you for your answers!
So let's say one is making 35,000/year , it's meets the requirements for i864, but does he still need to have cash /asset?
-
And how much one has to be making /year and how much bank savings is needed for the I864?
-
Yeah my aunt is married filing a joint tax return.
So a I864 completed and signed by me
I864 completed and signed by my aunt
I864a completed and signed by my uncle ?
-
So Im just preparing ahead of time. I live with my parents and share the same primary residence. When filing I864, do I have to count my parents and sister in the number of house hold people? Our rent is paid by parents and my sister is unemployed. So I will be the primary sponsor and will be having one of my aunt as secondary sponsor. What forms will I be filing?

Yes, that's correct. There's an unlimited number of IR-1/CR-1 visas, thus no retrogression.
But for F2 visas, there are a limit on visas per year, thus every person who petitions gets a priority date and retrogression affects when you can get a visa.
If you're doing the F2 visa, there's a whole forum dedicated to that visa here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/112-bringing-family-members-of-permanent-residents-to-america/
Thanks for the explanation. Some one I know filed CR1 visa and I thought that they were affected by the retrogression (but I was wrong).
Thanks again.

So IR1/CR1 visa = for US citizens to bring their spouse from other country to US + No retrogression effect?
And F2 category = for US Green card holder to bring their spouse from other country to US and it is affected by recent visa Retrogression ?
Right??
-
so this category is for people who want to bring they spouse from their home country to US, right? And it has no retrogression effect? ( the usual 8 month time since filing the application?) so this is not F2 category, right?
-
Does this category has any effect of current visa retrogression ? i don't see anyone talking about it in this thread.
Is that why some August filers files have not opened yet?

So I guess July ending to august beginning for March i130 filers, if they continue with 6 weeks / month processing. Hopefully it's faster than that.
