Unusually long period of silence here.... Hmmm. I'm bored! Send messages!

I remember when I was a kid, I would see some cool item or toy in the comic books that you could order (rare stamps,,,scuba-steve,,,etc...)and they always say "please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping". Man! Seemed like an eternity to a 10 year old child! This process has resurrected some of those old feelings of impatience & anxiety! It's a good thing I'm all grown up now and I can handle the waiting!! Ha ha ha Are we there yet mom??!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Just got 2 text messages, one at 12:13am EST the other at 12:15. We have been apporved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally!!!!! It is about f***ing time!!! I wanna see more approvals on here when I wake up though!

Well... 10pm est,,,, still can't get into the uscis website

Awww....yeah, same for me,,, can't access the uscis website to check my case status.

And,,, CONGRATS to all who have been approved!! That is wonderful news!

I haven't really been pushing the inquiries out there too much... just 1 call to the uscis customer service dept about a month ago, and just this past week, legal council sent a letter of inquiry on my behalf. I'm anxiously waiting to see what kind of response I get from that (assuming maybe just a standard form letter...but ya never know!!). Well... good luck to all who still await the blessed news! I'm going to go outside and shovel snow out of my driveway for a while,,, maybe when I come back in & check the website I'll be approved along with a multitude of other patient folks!

Ha ha,,, Man! It's kinda fun hating those who ultimately will be responsible (kinda!) for making us so happy!

Augh! 190 days since filing receipt date!

I really feel for you guys out there that's been trudging along longer than me! Man!

However, it has been encouraging over the past couple of days to see some approvals of those in the same general processing time frames.... God willing it won't be much longer!

Do most of you out there have legal council working with you on your case? I'm curious if it's made any difference in attempts to extract details from the Service Centers.
