No plane ticket to the USA until the visa is in hand. My sister shipped global FedEx. We will have that first. Then ten days later the CENOMAR, then waiting for the Police Clearance Certificate from Lebanon, and then we will send everything to Immigration so our Visas can be approved!

My sister has already redone the I-864s with assets listed to qualify as our joint sponsor. She has shipped it to us but it has not arrived yet. So that is taken care of. We didn't realize, didn't think we needed that CENOMAR since we were married four years ago here in the Philippines, but the Consular Officer told us that we needed to furnish that so when we get back to Roxas City in a few days we will apply for the CENOMAR, and it will take ten days to arrive. Yes, after getting those documents and sending themwe will be fine.

I wrote an email tothat lawyer Monica, so hopefully she will be able to help us get nbsa the Lebanon Police Clearance Certificate in less time than three to six months.

    Thank you!

Today we are one step closer to solving the Lebanese Police Clearance probem. I spent all afternoon as evening printing documents that we will need for our interviews. Most everything from our Petitions filing, I made more copies from the originals.I think I am finished with that job now, except we need to have more passport style photos made.our visa interview materials are looking good.

That is a reasonable amount of time. We called the Embassy on the telephone today to talk with them about the Police Clearance from Lebanon. They are escalating our case to a higher level to figure out how to help us with that problem, and then they will send us an email letting us know what to do next. This nice to have people be helpful!

This is the 23rd day since we filed or Petitions. Can we get approval notices on Saturday and Sunday, or will we only hear from them on Monday through Friday, since those are their working days?

Immigration has a !IST of requirements on their web page, requirements for filing nbsa the I-130 is what it is called. I think 6 months as an activated would qualify. I used my acricard and all the pages in my passport, and I am a permanent resident of the Philippines.

I made copies of all the originals we used in filing our Petitions, and more to prove Domicile intent to re establish Domicile. We have pretty much everything in order. We just mainly need to get the case numbers, complete the DS-260s, schedule our interviews, and register with St. Luke's Medical Extension Center, and get on with the program without any delays hopefully!

We will be happy to receive the case numbers! Department of State are escalating our case to the people higher up to help us figure out how to deal with the Police Clearance from Lebanon. They will provide some guidance for us, and we haven't heard back from them since they told us that. We are supposed to be getting an email from them about it. So I hope things keep moving, and I hope the Police clearance doesn't delay us in our progress towards getting our visas!

Thank you! I will keep that in mind if it takes too long to get our Case Numbers. I don't think we will get them until they sort out the Police Clearance from Lebanon. And as soon as that is resolved I think we will probably get them. I'm just guessing?

We filed today. Everything went great with encouraging words from the USCIS officer.Filed our DCF in Manila today. We are praying for fast approval. They told us 30 to 60 days. We are hoping 30 day or less. We were told to listen to our phone and watch for an email! So we will do that! Now it is time to get ready for the interviews! We need to be thorough and work hard and make it good!

Today February 24, 2018 I wrote an email to the public schools in Kennewick Washington where we are going, asking them for information on registering the kids in the school's in Kennewick. I am now working on the Domicile requirement! Any information I can get on registering the kids in school I will include with our interview materials, and that will help with the Domicile requirement!

www.uscis.gov.    You can find a good list of the requirements an that is what we used to guide us for getting our Petitions requirements together.

The Petitioner fills out an I-130 for each person, for you, for your son. The Beneficiary fills out the I-130 A, supplemental information about the Beneficiary. MPH-Petitions fling the I-130 in Manila is a good check list of requirements, and that is what we went by for guidance. I think it is on the NCSIS.GOV web site. Then after gathering all the documents you file your Petitions in Manila if you are doing DCF there.

We are waiting in Roxas City, unable to go home yet because I am not healed sufficiently. This is day 19 since we filed our Petitions! We are watching, hoping, praying, and waiting each day, wishing this would be the day. So far I am not getting the email that I want notifying me that our Petitions are approved! but it will come, and we will be so happy! We will then be waiting for our Manila Case Numbers so that we can complete the DS-260 online, schedule our appointments, schedule with St. Luke's, and complete the process. My wife has taken the CFO Seminar, and she only needs the sticker when she gets her visa! We have the certificate that she completed that meeting. Then our 14 year old needs the peer counseling and the sticker, and our 9 year old needs simply to get the sticker! It is difficult to wait, but we are waiting. I am not healed well yet, but I still want to get the notification of the approval of our Petitions we filed February 22, 2018! We are mostly ready now for the interviews, just needing to print and copy. We are hoping to hear today before this day is finished!
