He can file a divorce in USA it will do.. it will not affect the petition..Like my fiance been married to a filipina before but he divorced it while he is in USA and he got the divorce decree on the court..just provide it.. hope it helps..

Yes right..I paid a day after.. I did scheduled online.. that was easier and for the first time got the wrong on as in place of receipt# I did not put the passport#..the second time got it in my part its good to schedule online as you can see the available slots for interview... but if your documents not in their system yet you cant do it.. wait for few days to try it again..goodluck

Think they have that August Interview date now as last time when I scheduled online there are few available for the month of July.. I fall on the last of July as that what I wanted.. just try scheduling online as you can see in there what are the available dates left for July..goodluck

Yes I agree with that as that is also written on our NOA2 approval which my fiance received on USA.. she scanned and emailed it to me.. but to most I have read here it will still pass the NVC for few more days.. my fiance called and I emailed and its there and received the email that they forwarded it to our consulate.. so I payed the visa fee at BPI and the day after I scheduled interview and its done..So thankful to God that we not made any hard effort to do it online..Goodluck to yours who knows its on the way to you the following days.. just try to call everyday...goodluck

In my Case I emailed NVCInquiry@state.gov..put the USCIS receipt# on the subject like and on the message board put the Applicants name or Beneficiary name and date or birth and the petitioners name and date of birth.. and put a short message that if they have receive our documents..I do it on June 8 and got the response on June 14 that they have sent it to Manila consulate and give us our case#..hope this helps.. goodluck

Yes I just did my interview online today and so many slots are available I have seen the earliest is JULY 5 but preferred the last of JULY as am not so prepared yet...Hurry to those who like the earlier date..

Yes one comment is right.. I got my NOA2 approval and seen in the packet its May 31 to Sept.30 so that must be 4 months only.. goodluck

Hello.. I got approved last May 31, and I already got my case# my fiance in USA is the one who called he just called yesterday and got it.. but forgot to ask when did they received the documents and when it leaves so I can track..Good luck

On my part as a beneficiary..I have signed up on the USCIS and when I opened and checked the site I found out that I am on post decision and that means approval.. that they sent me email May 31, the following day I received and email that they got approved our petition...Still waiting for what they said the hard copy..Or just try to call NVC after a week or more as what some posted here to ask for the MNL case # and think I can move on from there.. goodluck to us.. sounds that we are approved same day..God bless

I am so happy today as I opened my pc and go to USCIS website and found that I am on post decision Activity and have read what is it.. it was mentioned that they got approved our K1 fiance visa on May 31 but dont know how to post it here..Thanks to all and hope this is faster now.. we have on through hardship for more than 8 months now..Thank you again fellow Vjers and to those who are waiting as I know your time will come soon.. just dont lose your hope.. God is so good...

Hmmm I still have a green passport too and it will expire april 2012.. will this be an issue too..wow they are strange..
