I just want to ask to someone that have finished the oath taking. I have posted this in other forum but looks like its not the right place..I got my certificate and in a hurry to home and forgot to ask how to sign cause I have signed my photo mounted on the side.. I keep searching but makes me so confused..some said sign it in full name in cursive and some I read is follow how it looks like in the photo.. I just want to make sure as I know I only have one chance to sign it..thank you very much your output is much appreciated..

Yes you have to answer the form and sign it as they will get it from you before going inside the room together with your green card..congrats

I am just trying to start my papers as it about time.. In the second page asking the date you become a permanent resident is that the one in the conditional green card or in the 10 year green card?thank you for someone input..

Don't worry about not receiving a reminder notice, that's something new they just started doing. Go ahead and file your I-751 packet when your window opens. Good Luck!

Hello Guys.. am a little worried here because don't receive any reminder from USCIS for lifting of my condition.. is this common? I did change my address two time when we first arrived here in florida.. cause lost the one I made online.. mean not able to print.. so I did again by mail..my greencard will expire March 21,2014.. I know my window is open the following days..Is it ok to send my papers even without notice from them? thank you very much.. answers much appreciated..

They have consular outreach program scheduled in different cities just watch and select which is the nearest to you.. as renewing or getting passport needs personal appearance due to picture taking and finger printing..I will give you this site just try to look.. hope this will help..Trying to paste the site but wont work this time.. Hello Guys..I want to travel home to the Philippines for important matters..How long can I stay outside USA as my 2 year conditional greencard expires March 20,2014.. can I do it for 6 months?Our plan is early spring here or much earlier..Will it be counted later when I apply for USC? hope anyone here can clarify it for me..Thanks in advance..

You can get her a new Philippine passport but if you like in her married name you have to report your marriage first in the Philippine embassy in your area..that is what I did.. you can do it by mail but the passport one time appearance is needed..because of the picture and signature..

Wait for the email or mail if you are waiting for your greencard.. if you gotten it wait for 2 years

Yes that is a requirements there as my daughter got married last year so I got a new baptismal cert. for her with purpose to marry.. and so her husband too.. goodluck to you..

When you file AOS form I-1485,I-131,I-765 all together will be mailed and no additional fee for the employment fee that is included in 1,070$..wait for 2 weeks when she arrive to get SSN so her name will be on their system...I-751 is for removing condition and that is for 2 years after she received her greencard..goodluck and congratulations on your approval..

Yes that is a good sign that they are working on your papers sis..look at my timeline its been almost 7 months and we received RFE.. answer them right away or send what they are asking and you got approval right away.. goodluck sis..
