  1. I just want to ask to someone that have finished the oath taking. I have posted this in other forum but looks like its not the right place..I got my certificate and in a hurry to home and forgot to ask how to sign cause I have signed my photo mounted on the side.. I keep searching but makes me so confused..some said sign it in full name in cursive and some I read is follow how it looks like in the photo.. I just want to make sure as I know I only have one chance to sign it..thank you very much your output is much appreciated..

  2. Help pls. I think I wasn't paying attention after interview. Do I have to answer the form before oath taking? Do I have to sign it too before going there? Oath taking today. Thank you

    Yes you have to answer the form and sign it as they will get it from you before going inside the room together with your green card..congrats

  3. Hello Guys.. am a little worried here because don't receive any reminder from USCIS for lifting of my condition.. is this common? I did change my address two time when we first arrived here in florida.. cause lost the one I made online.. mean not able to print.. so I did again by mail..my greencard will expire March 21,2014.. I know my window is open the following days..Is it ok to send my papers even without notice from them? thank you very much.. answers much appreciated..

Hello Guys..I want to travel home to the Philippines for important matters..How long can I stay outside USA as my 2 year conditional greencard expires March 20,2014.. can I do it for 6 months?Our plan is early spring here or much earlier..Will it be counted later when I apply for USC? hope anyone here can clarify it for me..Thanks in advance.. :)

When you file AOS form I-1485,I-131,I-765 all together will be mailed and no additional fee for the employment fee that is included in 1,070$..wait for 2 weeks when she arrive to get SSN so her name will be on their system...I-751 is for removing condition and that is for 2 years after she received her greencard..goodluck and congratulations on your approval..
