    Hi, ladies
I hope everyone is well! Belated congrats, Jewel! Love the new pics of the wee rugrats...everyone looks awesome. I wanted to say hello and share the news that my sister had her baby last week. Little Leo was born April 10, and mom and baby are doing well. He's a cutie, and the elderly parents (har har) seem to be adjusting just fine.
Mad-Ag is doing well--2 1/2! Here's a pic from a few weeks ago, taken at the zoo.

She hasn't seen her new cousin yet because she had a tummy bug last weekend and seems to have a weird cough this weekend, but I'm looking forward to seeing how she reacts to him. "Baby! It's a baby!" is my guess, followed by some poking.
    How is everyone?

We didn't do the affidavits, as I understand it is just one of the evidence possibilities and to be honest, it doesn't sound like good evidence to me.
Our check was cashed on the 19th, I am hoping to get NOA #1 today or tomorrow..

Heeeey everyone! So glad to see everyone is doing well and still hanging in there. Ola and I sent our ROC packet on 12/19 and he has his biometrics appointment next week. Wishing everyone a quick approval so we can put away all the forms and proof asap and just enjoy life.

I have been thinking about the Decemberites a lot lately! I still can't believe we made a friggin' Decemberite cookbook. Talk about over-the-top.... and at the same time, completely and utterly epic. Whatever happened to Mariye??
We filed for ROC last month-- so again, not just K1 but also ROC Decemberites... three years later almost to the day!
I don't think we sent in enough evidence... we sent tax records from last year, car insurance, a lease agreement, pictures, proof of our honeymoon cruise (a year and a half after getting married, ha!), and a few other things, but didn't really show co-mingling finances. I think we might want to go and get more proof of this from the bank and send it in with the receipt copy.
No babies yet on our horizon. Y and I are both 30... but in some ways with immigration stuff, I feel like we are 10 years behind where we should be. I'm finally getting my master's degree, and the US doesn't accept Y's degree, so he's been working and going to community college and hopes to transfer to a 4-year schools soon. With two tuition bills and only working part-time, no time or money for children for us yet, though it'd be nice sometime in the next few years.
Anyway-- great to see so many familiar faces.

I am sure bdsmusa is trying to be very helpful, but I don't think that the above should be sent with ANY applications. These are not pertinent to support any evidence of relationship. Joint accounts even have a different card number for each person.
    Remember what the instructions says:
"Other documents you consider relevant to establish that your marriage was not entered into in order to evade the U.S. immigration laws."
The fact that they know our social scurity number doesn't mean that they should know every single personnal details, such as account numbers on any kind of statement or bills, or credit card information.

This forum really helped me out a lot during my i751 filing and during the long VSC waiting time for the approval. If this is useful to anyone , then go ahead and follow what i sent. Here is a list of all the documents we sent. SOme people say that if you send too many documents , you might get flagged as fraud and then called for an interview. Well that wasnt my case, we sent a lot of joint evidence and we were approved without an interview.
    stuff we sent;
    -Court marriage certificate
-church marriage certificate (we had our big wedding 4 months after our AOS interview, we were already married in court)
-Receipts for the Church wedding and reception (flowers, limos, tuxedos, hall,dj, as well as pictures from the wedding)
-Airplane tickets for the both of us, itineraries for the 2 times we went out of the country, hotel receipts, photocopies of our passport stamps, when we re-enter the U.S (for the both of us,so it will show we traveled together)
-Light bills ,first page showing both of our names for every single month after our AOS interview till the month when we sent the i751
    -cable bills
    -home phone bills
    -cell phone bills
-bank statements from our 3 joint accounts
-copies of both of our driver's licences with the same address of course!
-car insurance policy, w/ both of us on the same policy.
    -Apartment leases.
-Health insurance paper work showing both of us on the policy
-health insurance cards, medical and dental
-Life insurance for my wife with me as the beneficiary
    -4 years of joint taxes
-3 letters of recommendations (affidavits) all of then NOTARIZED.
    -copies of our passports
-copies of our Social Security Cards
-Copies of our debit and credit cards
-Copies of some checks from our joint accounts(Our checks have both of our names on then)
-40 pictures (color copies) from around the time of our AOS interview till the time we sent the i751, specially pics with family @ new years, thanksgiving, holidays and stuff like that.
Keep in mind that all the stuff we sent were photocopies no originals, and all the stuff was in both of our names, or showing the same address, the whole point is to show that we still live together. I hope this can help someone. My personal opinion is I would rather be called for an interview becuse i sent too much stuff (which i have yet to c) than be called because i dont have enough evidence, or ater months of waiting receive RFE and have my application delayed even longer. We also used a lawyer to file the i751, just in case we were missing something. Its an investment of a lifetime. The lawyer didnt do much they just made sure we had all the stuff, organized it and sent. I liked the fact that everytime we received any NOA from USCIS my lawyer got a copy in the mail as well, which helps specially if you hav had problems with your ail not being delivered in the past.

Loxley is 4 months today! Sleeping...well, sleeping...ok. Sleeping regression. Every 2 hours. OMG i want to die.
Here are some updated pis of him. My little handsome devil and his daddy.

this hilarious look on his face on the steam train in Disney. I didn't think it was all that fast but apparently he did:

he's got the "i don't exactly trust this" look down!

this one is for Rach! I'm joining the baby wearing wrap community! I love these wraps! my first girasol

I have to take some time to read and catch up on everyone. Looks like it's a mixture of ups and down. But new babies joining the crew! Very cool. Hope all of you lovely ladies and these adorable bumps and babies are doing well. I'm looking forward to feeding Loxley his first bit of food in a spoon. I can't stinkin' wait! We have a trip planned to Blighty for Christmas. Gotta get Loxley's passport done. oy vey. not looking forward to travelling with a 6 month old. I'm hoping my ####### will save the day. I plan on stuffing it in his face at take off and landing and any fussy points in between, bless him.

Thank you, everyone, for your responses. You all were absolutely right, HE is the one who moved to MY country, and that combined with living with in-laws gives him every right to be frustrated. (Oh, and no, we can't get good internet at home because we live in a rural area, so we drive into town to a coffee shop, but I did manage to get him internet on his cell phone.)
I took a lot of your suggestions, I took him to the beach, I've set up weekly dinners with friends for us, we have decided to move out as soon as possible. His happiness means more to me than anything. We're cooking more, I've taken to cooking one dinner for us and one for my parents.
I emailed his parents, and they are sending a care package.
The job situation is frustrating still for him, but he is volunteering with the animal shelter, and applying to a lot of places. He applied to Lowe's yesterday, I'm crossing my fingers.
Whenever he gets frustrated I just remember our wedding day in South Korea, and how happy we were, and I remember that I promised myself I would be the best wife possible.
We DCF-filed, so we've never been apart in the four years we've been together. We can survive this adjustment. I think you all are right, and getting us into our own place is my first priority. I'm trying to find us a house "downtown" (small town, but we still have a downtown) so he feels closer to the action.
And as luck would have it, my parents have decided to go visit relatives so we have the house to ourselves this weekend.
We still have a ways to go, but I'm trying to be the wife he deserves.
I love all of you, thank you.

    Hi guys!!
Well...HE'S HERE! He was born Tuesday afternoon after an 18 hour labor that finally ended in a c-section. ugggh. I wouldn't dilate past 4cm. The Epi Bartender was a couple of hours late and I was deep into pitocin contractions wishing life would just end. omg that pain was unbelievable. pitocin is NOT my friend. That Epi was, though. Took docs a few times to get it in but when they did...beauty!
He was pulled out in all of his 5lb 14oz glory and is absolutely freakin beautiful. I'm so in love with him!!!
Yall's kids are beautiful!! I'm so happy to be joining the club but I'm not going to lie - he's on his 6th day now and I can tell you I cried every single day because I am so worried something is going to happen to this little man I am so unexplainably in love with! lol.
C-section healing is kinda the pits. ya can't poo, ya can't laugh, ya can't bend over. and you don't wanna sleep...but i have so much to be thankful for...like, you know, escaping without one single stretch mark, no vag pain and oh yeah, this beautiful little guy!
