Hi Guys , I received a text message from USCIS . On December 18, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.
I am so happy that my wife's application is approved .

Good morning, everyone! I just got the crazy text while I was at work on 10/29 that my case was updated. I immediately went to the website to see what it was. Card is in production as of 10/29, so we got the approval!! I am over the moon <3
Citizenship in August 2014. Onward!

My case transfer date to CSC is 09/20/13 .

And this time the message is different saying the case is transferred and is now is in process at uscis office (phone says at service center)
I received the same email today about my case . The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. Hope it means a faster processing and approval .

On September 20, 2013, we transferred your CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, to your local USCIS Office for further processing.
Hoping for a faster approval without an interview . Best of luck on all August filers .

Can I still visit my fiancee in her country while the petition is still pending
It would be nice and appropriate to visit her and accompany her to the interview in Manila like I did . They did not ask my fiancee too many questions . In fact they were talking to me most of the time

Thank you ok&mk. My heart is heavy with sadness. Scammers make life so difficult for the rest of us who just want to live our lives. I should be able to be with whomever I choose and bring them to where I live. To spend all the money and time waiting for this and to be denied for something so miniscual is absolutely beyond my comprehension. My fiance is hard working man and deserves a much better life than Jamaica can provide. We have so many Americans that are lazy, non productive, and a waste of our tax dollars. We should be able to kick them out and let people who want to become someone, be someone, and make a difference in their own lives as well as their families lives. Truly unconscienable and ridiculous!!!!!
Sheldongirl -Did they do a drug test , or did they find it the blood test ? Or did he admit to use it as a recreational drug ? I am sorry to hear . If you have the money and wish to appeal - get a good immigration lawyer . Good luck on your journey .

Hi Guys .Some good news . My wife had a successful walk-in for her Biometrics at the Service Center in Jackonsville , Florida on 08/30/13 . Her appointment was scheduled for 09/13/13 . No questions were asked .

Almost all June VSC applications are being transferred either to CSC or to a Local USCIS Office. Let's see what happens to July VSC applications.
For us we just have 2 CSC applications against 21 VSC application - of course there would others not in this forum that all submits their applications. But it still looks like more VSC applications in August. We may also see our cases transferred - just heads up guys.
Navyk - I saw in your timeline signature that you mentioned that no walk ins are allowed at LSC . Which service center is that ? Thanks for your reply .

Yes, you can take a screen shot of the Insurance & 401K details and send those - I did that.
Yes, I highlighted the pertinent parts on the paper with light color highlighter. I didn't use sticky notes but you may.

My service center is Alexandria, VA. What about yours? I might try to attempt to early walk in on 8/30. I am afraid that I might be turn down because it is the long weekend and not sure if I will be successful.

Yes, we were successful. I gave the letter to the woman at the desk. She looked over it and mentioned our appointment wasn't until the 10th. She didn't seem bothered by it, but did tell us that we could have changed our appointment. She said that we'd have to wait until they finished with anyone who may have had an appointment for the time that we showed up. We showed up at around 8:30 AM and we were the only ones there. While my husband was getting his finger prints done, another couple walked in. We were in there a total of maybe 15 minutes. We live in Pennsylvania.

Received the biometrics appointment letter on August 24. Biometrics appointment was scheduled for September 10, but we walked in this morning because I wanted to get it over with.

Well, it's been a while since I regularly visited VJ, but I'm back to join the party.
I filed the I-751 today for my wife...here we go again. My fingers are crossed that this will be a nice, smooth process. We attached plenty of info (taxes, bank statements, credit cards, insurance info, and photos) so hopefully we won't get an RFE.
Dan C - What is the date on your Green card ? According to your timeline - you received your green card in Dec . That means that you filed before the 90 days . Just an observation - If you recieved your green card in dec , it means you should have filed in sept . Hope all goes well with yr petition .
