thanks you think interview in August? that would be awesome i was thinking to late for that..lol..sent him signed ds-3032 since i had it , i scanned it for him to send as attachment, operator said i could do that..

glad u got your interview date, still no case number for us, nvc had me send in approval letter so they can figure out where it is:(

well now nvc is doing research to find out where our case is probably still sitting somewhere in uscis like usual:(

well talked to operator today and was really nice and told me to scan and email approval to research and they will try to find case..so hoping..i am waiting too because im going to my husband and staying thru his medical and interview..lol..then either USA here i come or I will hear welcome to

well i can't seem to get a case number from nvc, after waiting 7 months for uscis to approve our case..was just told to scan approval and send to research. hope it helps..what trouble is tirana consulate giving you? this whole process is nightmare:( husband has decided if denied at interview i am just moving there..

hey how is it going? u thru nvc and waiting for interview..im still waiting on case number:( i hope i get it soon so i can send off everything and go to hubby..this process has drove me crazy, now we don't care how interview goes either way we're staying with each other in one country or the other..lol

still no case number, each week its call back next week , even the two ppl i talked to, contradicted each other:( this process is still nightmare for me:(

i was so depressed, and things arent going good between me and him, and its stressing me out...
today i got the SIF
its weird ...
u have to be really patient , cuz once u have the NVC number its another nightmare of waiting..
waiting for the NOA2 for me wasnt that bad..but once i got the NVC number ..i felt like i was a step close from seeing my hubby, but then , the false RFE's ..the wrong name they gav me..all these ...

I know this is very frustrating. I was seeing people going in and out of NVC while I was waiting an waiting with no understanding as to why and was getting told many of the same things you are. Just take a step back, I called daily just for my own piece of mind but your file will get moved. Just have faith and reach out to us if you need someone to talk to. Best wishes and hopefully next week some very positive news will come your way!

they're saying 15 days just to get papers before case number, then few days before we can email agent...i wanted to go to him way before then now will be over month maybe.;-(

the congressman getting involved did help, they responded within a week, i got a blanket rfe but until then they kept saying we were in background..i think it was sitting on someones desk getting dust..and i would keep calling once a week.. squeaky wheels get the grease. call your senator too some help, mine didn't but others on here did. good luck..!! and thanks for your good wishes

we were approved:)
still can't believe it..i have everything done for nvc..lol..7months to the day for uscis..i will go over everything with a fine tooth though before sending anything..hopefully in long run the rfe stuff helps for relationship at interview..some say they have there minds made up before our loved ones get there..thanks for your support!! -
they filed jointly on my sisters income..so i use her w2's to write in what she made on the 864 her gross income, i have 6 months paystubs, employment letter, and w2's, transcripts(but thats joint income:(..)
