Interview Thursday and nervous wreck...

hello , just wondering if you are still in AP and if you found out what for, interview Thursday and Im a nerovus wreck..

about the medical my husband is from Albania each country is different for Pakistan ask EAbbas she knows all..

So happy for you, they are doing AP alot here now:( but I am hoping they seen we did our AP at the USCIS already and all the info I had to send in helps us:) Someone said alot of embassies are passing out the old blue slips:(

yes there is a finacial requirment you have to prove you make enough that he will not be a burden on usa by getting benefits (food stamps, medicaid etc..its like 22,000 a year if you dont make that then you have to get a cosponsor and no i dont think he will get in USA by Aug..its taking my husband a yr almost and they are giving out AP at interviews alot..watch lawyers..

i dont live in Tirana..Are you Albanian American? You will want to do your homework here on VJ on the K1 visa ..i am cr1 they are diffent ..you will start by filing the I-130. And Albania is now passing out blue 221g forms at interview which is called..ap(administrative processing)..so the process is taking alot longer..

i came in august 2010-nov 2010 3 months , then March..because was 6 months between aug(when i entered 1st time) and march..then again aug, the clock started again sept..6 months between march and sept 2011..USA doesnt care if u over stay in another country not there problem..when i say visiting husband Albania just says ok...

yes it takes a residency permit , i have only been living here 3 months at a time so far..3 trips in one yr..but will look into it more when he has interview..they give you info at the dept of state site (albania)

so its not necessarily Albania it other embassies too(by your congressmans comment?)..well if they say everything is fine and give ap im ok i guess i just dont want to be in a black hole of ap for months or a yr ..i have a friend experiencing that now (not albania though)...good luck..wishing u all the best:D

just got back on here i am in albania my husbands interview isnt until Oct 13th we got skipped over for September..are u still in AP have u heard anything im worried now do you know why they are doing ap?

hi sorry havent been on..my husband interview is for Oct..we closed in early Aug but they skipped us for Sept....hopefully everything goes well:D

called nvc over fake rfe..lol and operator let me know they had reviewed AOS and it was done just waiting to review IV,,got lucky she was willing to tell me anything i wanted to know about my case..lol wish i could remember her name for others..hahaha

NVC just told me they have reviewed my AOS and its done, just waiting to review IV, so happy !! Leaving to be with my love in 4 days!! whoo hoo

hey got a ? for you i called nvc , avr said a packet of info would be sent to choice of agent, i sent in aos and 4 days later IV, is this the fake rfe everyone talks about??

noo sorry..administrative processing 221g.. another person on here told me they're saying no alot now for little reasons and giving out ap to review the case can take from 60 days to a year:( if my husband not get approved im living there but ap just put you in middle not going forward or backward...
