  1. I had my medical last Wednesday and Thursday and I only have the xerox copy of my NVC letter, passport and 2x2 pictures but they asked for other copy of my letter from the embassy and confirmation letter.

Vaccinations are included in the medical fee. I got two shots, Tdap and MMR, if I'm not mistaken. I didn't get the vaccine for the chicken pox because the doctor found a mark and said it's a chicken pox mark but it's really a small pimple mark tongue.giflaughing.gif

I only have our NOA2 copy.. our case number was just given last Friday.. We're still waiting for the system to let us start paying the fees.

  2. Thank you for your replies. That's one of my worries too.. I guess I am worried that they will send me home since I can't show them any appointment letter. Is it fine to just answer that I have the manila case number and the appointment letter is on its way?

  3. Hello,

First, I'm sorry if I had to post this to the incorrect forum. I am trying to figure out how to post it on the regional (Philippines) forum but I just don't know why. For that, I apologize..

I am planning to have my medical on the 18th with my NOA2, passport, photos, and manila case number. We don't have the appointment letter yet but based on what I've read, I can have it as long as I know the manila case number. If I'm wrong, I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions.

I am just wondering... when I pay my medical fee, are vaccinations included? If not, do you know how much each or total? Thank you!

  4. My dear friend. Please do not blindly assumed that everybody filed in December are not VJ. Lets assumed that you are right then we must have approval in order. I mean to say atleast first week of December should be cleared by now for Vj members. Why your statement is only true for December fillers. We have seen rapidly approving petitions for November fillers!!!! Same is true for K1 December fillers. If you see igor's list there are 10 K1 approvals on 21st alone......there something fishy here...we got to wake up.....same thing happened to June and July fillers...everybody knows about it............

I understand your point and why you are worried about what's going on. What I'm trying to say is that we can't do anything right now because we have not reached our 5-month mark yet. We tried calling them and we only got the same answer - we are still within the 5-month mark. I am staying optimistic. Plus, what I meant was - not all applicants who filed in December are on VJ. Not all visa applicants are registered here on VJ and can give us input if they were approved or not. We, here on VJ, are only small percentage of how many people filed for December. Not everyone is aware that a site called visajourney.com exists that's why it is not safe to conclude that we are being left behind. We are just a small percentage of the actual December filers.

Don't let the waiting game take the best out of us. When we reached our 5-month mark, then we can do something and get in touch with our Senator/Congressman. But for now, chill..

Here's hoping to see more approvals this week! Cheers!

  5. Yes...wow we are all friends here and new people kinda jumped in with a snap lol....Not saying you cant or is isnt allowed or that you aren't welcome or anything we like new people ...it's just we are all really kind and supportive to each other here...we have formed a little family so if we want to say we think our cases are going slow because they are working on K1's at the present time why can't we? if it stops us from feeling crazy who cares maybe next they will work on the CR1's and stop the K1's who knows hehe it's all one crazy frustrating waiting mess....So please let's just continue to help each through this waiting game :) *calm* :)

  6. wow... that's too much to take for a 'just waking up' person like me,, haha,,

chill out everyone.. this is a happy thread. We don't have to argue and criticize each other. If it is your turn to be approved - great! if it is not, wait a little more. No one in here is right to question who will get approved first. You can fight and argue all you want but at the end all you can do is just WAIT. So don't let this situation get the best out of you. This thread is full of hopes and happy stories to share while we are all WAITING. Now in due respect, please...

    Thank you.

  7. Best solution. You can always load up a box full of purses and send them via Philippines Post Office to your place in USA.

It will take about 14 days and run about $200............

Thanks for your advice but I will not spend $200 just to send some counterfeit bags to bring home for my new family. I am not buying tons, I am only buying few and was really curious on how will it be upon reaching POE which is SLC since I'll be coming from the same route...

  8. Hello! This is one of my concerns too. We are still waiting for our NOA2 and we feel that it will be anytime soon since we reached the 5-month mark. After getting my visa, I will be flying from Philippines to SLC and my in-laws there are asking for knock off bags. I am curious on how your trip goes.

    Anyway, where in Utah?
