i have a question... is G352A has a carbon paper?? cuz my husband send it to me via email.. can i just print it out?

we got an RFE yesterday... my husband said they can't find him as a citizen.(yeah right cuz he didn't submit a copy of his naturalization/ US passport!) and oh! they're asking me to sign the form G352A. (funny cuz my husband only sent the I130 to uscis.) oh #######! i thought it's was our Noa2! but anyway..it's ok..at least TSC is finally moving.. i hope nextweek another "GOOD"news from them. so just wait guys..i believe TSC will approve(not RFE like what we got) some of june/july filers. sooner....

How long does it takes after we submit the rfe?

hi rpratt! I just wanna know if did you already received an email from TSC or they updated your case on uscis site? cuz you got approve on jan.7 then you know already that your case was approve..

anyway..im happy for you.. congrats!I hope next week another approvals from tsc.. bunch of approvals

yay!! FINALLY!!! congratulation!!!

Received a letter from my congressman and he said his Congressional Laison at USCIS

said I have to wait until Jan 14th and if i dont have approval by than I m to write

him back and have them get it approved than.

Let wait 15 more day and see if that the truth.

I told him there were many people transfered from CSC to TSC and nobody been approved

like but a handful and he said wait until your 5 months is up and than call him to have

congressman get it approved.

hello july filers!! still no approval guys??

They have by law 180 days to process your case,

Since they are behind it looks as they wont be

done at 5 months. So they have 180 days total

than you can file and inquiry to why your case

isnt approved by than.

Good Luck but it looks like were all in the same

situation, and just have to have more PATIENTS

and wait until January 2011 and than the approvals

will begin again.

CFO documents?? she only need to submit a copy of her NBI, BIRTH,and MARRIAGE contract(NSO) PASSPORT AND VISA.. if she doesn't have a passport yet then only the NBI and birth certificate(NSO)...where to go? at PRISM in LRT TAFT (VITO CRUZ)near at BDO.

oh by the way.. bring 800 pesos..lol she will pay for the cfo seminar, registration at CFO main building and sticker...

im expecting that july filers will get their approval on january 2011..

I am expecting that NOA2 will come this coming january 2011..although my 5months mark is on dec.21 .. i still expect that our case will be approve by 6months not 5months ..

I have the PRISM address which i got from their site (Taft AVe.) and CFO (quirino ave) but i need a more specific description of the place and landmark so I could tell the taxi driver. And does IR visa holder needsthe prism seminar? is it the same with pre-departure seminar. thanks!

after reading all of your thoughts about the process..i was like...OMG!that's ridiculous...but i still hope this week or next week some june/july filer's will be approved! i don't know but i have a feeling of NOA2 before christmas .. so keep positive guys ..

My wife's interview today was successful - Her IR1 visa is approved!
