  6. i just noticed you did DCF ... i'm not familiar with that so perhaps package requirement is different

for those doing a K-3 or K-1 and worrying about G325A signatures... this is from 2005

    http://www.uscis.gov...325A_110105.pdf

personally i would think if they dont require the g325a signed for i-129f for beneficiary till interview and will acccept the signature on i-129f as g325a signature for the g325a then why they wouldnt for i-130

whats DCF? i dont know anything about this..lol sorry

  7. oic you know what's crazy, in their manual i believe an unsigned g325a isnt an RFE but can be given at interview... maybe that is for beneficiary's only... wish i had energy to stay up and look that up but have early dr appt and it's alreayd late here

as for the passport, that too isnt have to thing, he could have submitted copy of his birth certificate... though do they even require USC proof at this stage any longer??? i think when i sen tours (in july) the birth cert wasnt 'required' but i still sent just in case we got an officer who was used to it

yeah..i didn't signed the G325A(I'm the beneficiary)that's why we got an rfe. and for the passport i think it's really required to submit a copy of it. cuz i've read it on i130 packet ...

  8. did you get the RFE before or after the transfer to TSC?

did you send the requested info before/after the transfer?

an RFE could only make this nightmare worse... thank goodness the person i spoke to other day said looks like all our paperwork looks great (probably blowing smoke up my... but still made me feel better!)

we get the RFE after transferred to tsc. you can check it on my signature :)

we received an RFE cuz my husband didn't sign g325a and didn't submit his US passport as evidence of being an american. :)

  9. i got touch today from tsc! last touch since dec.3..
