  dont think so, some people did not put it in back in the days, like my birth certificate no tiene la cedula de mami, eso depende de la persona k lo haya declarado. talves su papa no puso la informacion completa de la madre al momento de declarar. pero siempre y cuando la informacion del declarante(el padre) este completa. i think everything is fine. but double check just in case hun
