K1 is not a "lets see what happens" once you are here visa! Last i checked you sign an intent to marry! Unless something crazy is going on, its crazy and sad to see so much abuse for this visa! Think long and hard before you start, you "maybe" petition delays other " serious" petition!

I definitely agree with you! I understand that it is a lifelong commitment and you have to be really sure, but like everyone else has said, that is something you find out BEFORE you send the petition. I know that realistically things can change once the fiance arrives, but in the cases I have seen it seems as if though they were not really sure to begin with. Sometimes we (petitioners) do not realize that our fiance's are willing to leave behind their entire lives for us, even if life...
