    For getting a driver's license or ID card is my husband's foreign passport, SS card, and EAD card enough???

      Yea for NYS it says 4 points plus SS card. But they won't take the foreign BC

      With his passport, SS card, and EAD it's 8 points total. But online it says passport has to be in english or translated by embassy O__0

    USCIS sent an email updating me that the USPS has the EAD at hand :)

    So yesterday on USCIS they updated to approved I-765 EAD!!! I think its coming in the mail :)
