Got in the mail yesterday my GC along with something i'm going to use for the black friday sales! :-)

Interview went well and Immigration Officer congratulated us and i got approved! :-) Also i got a status update from USCIS.Gov that my GC is under production & will be mailed within 30days.

AOS interview coming up Nov. 2

Day 90 and still no updates or transfer to another service center :-( AOS when are u going to be adjudicated? :-((

Training for Dialysis is alot of brain work. Had one down and got the certificate and 8 more to go. :-)

I'm going to start working next week in the Dialysis Facility!! I'm really excited! :-D

Hey, U were right. The AP was in the EAD Card. :-)

Got the EAD in the mail today. It was combined with the AP. Did not know that, but do now. It states on the card, valid for re-entry. YAY!!!

EAD has been ordered for production. Says it will take 30 days. :-( No order for production on the AP. And nothing on AOS.

Yay!! Received a text msg notice saying my EAD&AP is updated. Checked it on USCIS.GOV and showed approved!! One more approval (AOS) and i can be stress free!! ;-)

It's been exactly 4weeks since we filed the AOS.. The waiting period is exhausting and stressful and what makes it worse is can't work until they approved my EAD.. uggh :-(

It's been 23days since we filed the AOS and biometrics done. Hmmm, wondering when our case will be adjudicated or updated in the USCIS.gov

Job searching is hard especially if your located in place where it's all gov't offices..

Excited to watch the Independense Parade and fireworks for the 4th of July in Washington DC! :-D

Got Biometrics letter today in mail for 485 and 765. 3 weeks, SO far away. But at least it is going along. Also got my state ID done today. They were not going to approve giving me one due to less than 1 month left on I-94, but since have NOA1 from filing 485, gave me one for 1 year. Glad I thought last minute to bring it.

Received today all 3 NOA's and written in it "Application in Process" :-)

It's been 9days since we got a delivered confirmation from USPS and 7days since we got text msgs from USCIS about our application filed and given a case number.. Still no NOA..

Received today a text message & email notice that our application has been received in MSC (NBC) June 20, 2011.. :-)

Packet was delivered June 19, 2011.. Expecting for NOA to be mail this week. :-)

Mailed the AOS and hopefully there will be no RFE's... Waiting time starts now.. :-)

Mailing tomorrow the AOS packet :-)

Going out today to pick up our wedding band :-)
