if i apply for visit visa of US , we have strong bank statement , and marriage visa of UAE , and both doing job here,,,

and i have receipt of 420$ I-30 file we apply in CA.

any chances of rejection? of visit visa

hmmmm we are also thinking about turkey...

i m scared with k-3 bcoz we dont know about k-3 we submit file on 31JAN , now march no response from CA,Center,

we just want to spend vacations any European country thats y we asked , any other European country u know which can get easy visa .

my wife is US citizen she applied for k-3 visa , but process is long , i live in UAE(DUBAI) , we have joint Bank account and she is residence Dubai visa for my sponsor we have strong proof of marriage , Now i want to apply for UK visit Visa , she have on arrival 180days visa but i have pakistani passporte , if i apply eembassy will give me Uk visa? for behalf of US citizen wife?

I am From Islamabad,and working in Dubai , my wife is US-citizen my birth , we got married in Islamabad(pak) last month, can u tell me which visa is good for us? and congratulation's for ur Green card , and tell me i apply through Pakistan or UAE?

But In islamabad process time is 6 ,7 months and interview time will may be after 5 ,6 months.

But in dubai process is very fast and interview will may be with in 50days , that's whhy i m saying.

Hey my friend some body told me (You have to have been resident here for 6 months before you can file) in dubai....

is this right? i got my resident visa(UAE) before 1 month. So we cant put file? till 5months?

I have Pakistani passport and my wife is US citizen by birth, recently i got married in Pakistan, But i am working in Dubai, should we apply K-3 visa through Dubai(UAE) , or apply from pakistan?

Any one have experience like that?
