  1. of course.... I write here in the forums and then they suddenly approve it 🤣
  2. We had a joint, petitioner and beneficiary interview for I-751 as a result of a pending N400. All is normal and we got the verbal approval, which then subsequently started the N400. As the officer tried to approve the 751 in the system, there was a system error. We all moved on and we were told "hopefully" the 751 will be approved by the EOD. It has been 2 weeks and the I-751 still pending on the case is being reviewed, etc. N400 stuck on interview is scheduled. My question is, has anyone had their 751 stuck ? 2 weeks ? Is there a way to follow up without waiting the 120 days?
  3. I had the exact same scenario. I had to ship the certificate to Singapore using a courier service. Never thought I would need it. My experience over there was very quick. Quicker than the normal DCF estimates here on the forums. We definitely would not have had the time to travel on ESTA or anything like that. However, that was years ago.....
  4. I submitted my DCF request within a week from the marriage date and it was fine
  5. I would look into the totalization agreements listed on the social security website. Also the Foreign Tax Credit.
