  1. Has any of you had experience with traveling to the US after filing the I-130? Is renewing a B1/B2 visa more difficult for someone if he/she has a pending I-130 application? Thanks.

Brother your B1/B2 visa will not be affected with your case.

I with personal experience is letting you know this.

I-130 was filed in 2001 for me and for my family.I went to US twice, once in 2007 and 2009 with no problems at all.I got visa in april 2007 itself,so no worries.

However you must let us know that your case is at NVC? or your I-130 is still pending?

  2. Congrats Uday..Your PD is current as per October Visa Bulletin....Has NVC Contacted You for the next steps?

No Sir, they have not contacted me yet.Me and USC are hoping to receive email notification from them.

I think that in F4 they have a little delay in sending documents.I can just hope that they act fast.

  4. Hello everyone.

We are in F4 category(4 members in family; me and my brother are already over 21 years of age).

    Priority Date: Oct 31,2001

    Receipt Date: Nov 5,2001

    Notice Date: Nov 23,2009

(I am considering Notice date and Approval date are one and same thing;correct me if i am wrong)

As per CSPA my current age turns out to be 13 years 2 months 9 days,(D.O.B 25/04/1989 ; Present Age 21 years 5 months)

And my brother's age come out to be 18 years 6 months 8 days(D.O.B 26/12/1983 ; Present age about 27 years)

    I have some questions,

    1) Will CSPA cover us both?If it does not cover what necessarily steps should be taken.?

    2) Priority Date is Oct 31,2001, Its already Oct 15,2001 in Visa Bulletin. It would probably cover in this months visa bulletin. What should I do as a first step?

Should I wait for USC to receive AOS (I-864) Bill and DS-3032?

    Or

Should i send Some forms directly to NVC when my Priority date becomes current.?If yes, what forms I should send them?

    3) What should be USC minimum income so that he can be my agent.?

    4) Should i tell NVC about Our CSPA ages before hand?

    5) How to add my email to NVC for Direct notification for our case.

Please feel free to give any kind of suggestion. Any kind of help is appreciated.
