guys...just want to ask something....when u call nvc what did u said to them..did u guys ask them for nvc case number??? pls tell me,,coz they asking abt case number of uscis...they said that they already recieve our papers and then we have to wait 6-8 weeks for instruction..what was that...cant understand,,

You still have some distance to go. I am hoping my wife will be getting hers in Oct/Nov with any luck.

form i-130 was approved sept 16, 2010...

guys..i checked my uscis account online,,.it was touched 9/16/2010 but still initial review what does it mean...

hi..we have the same case..we are still waiting for noa2...im hving my heart attack with this...

i hate what is going on ryt now in uscis...weve been waiting 5 months 5 days....theys said processing time is 5 months but look at now wer is 5 months??????? some approved in 3 months, 4 months and even 2 months...they are not fair...they do not hav standard processing time...they dont understand our situation its hard to be far from your loveones...i hope we'll hear some good news next week or some other days...i saw 2 vj members approved they filed march 20 and 23...they got approved now...the last time we called uscis they said that they are now processing march 16....well!!! pls move fast uscis...pls move fast...

im april filers too,,.still we dont recived our NOA2...today is our 5 months of waiting....:(
