  1. IV fee is now invoiced and my Ds3032 is now accepted..here's the messages..

    Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa

Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated

agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions

before the instruction packet will be sent.

According to our records, your Affidavit of Support Processing Fee

payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website:

www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and

complete the appropriate Affidavit of Support form and submit it to the

NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.

Please visit the Department of State's website above to download a copy

    of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864A, or I-864W and/or the instructions.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the

NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will

expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents

will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration

    process.

  3. hi guys..dis is the email i received...

    Dear Principal Applicant:

The immigrant visa petition recently filed on your behalf is now eligible for further processing at the

National Visa Center (NVC). You will need the following identification numbers to carry out the next

    steps in the immigration process:

    Your NVC Case Number:

    Your Invoice I.D. Number:

Keep this letter in a safe place.

You will need the identification numbers again during the immigration process.

The first stage of visa processing is to establish communication with the NVC by registering an agent

and your agent's contact information with the NVC. Your agent is a person you choose to receive

communications from the NVC on your behalf. You may act as your own agent, or you may choose your

petitioner, a family member, a friend, an attorney, an immigrant assistance professional, or any other

person you trust to represent you.

If you decide to register another person as your agent, the NVC strongly recommends choosing a person

with e-mail capability and a postal mailing address in the U.S.A. because postal mail delivery can be

unreliable in some parts of the world. If you act as your own agent the NVC recommends e-mail as the

quickest and most efficient form of communication...

Check one box only to the left of the statement that is your choice.

  5. you should have sent to hubby already so when the bill is paid all he does is send the application and supporting docs... ok so just in case when you do send the DS230 send two signed copies, just in case something goes wrong.. I had 3 applications signed and three of each document required...send this to your hubby next day ladybug so he can send as soon as the bill shows paid...if you send next day it will be fine!! Remember only sign the first part not the second.. good luck

tnx for the info.. i will definitely send it tomorrow....tnx a lot for the info..it helps me a lot..

  6. Ladybug I hope you are kidding!! Lol did you read ling che's shortcuts? Seriously they will help you and speed things up for you!! Did you give nvc both your emails? That's the first thing you have to do. You can also send the DS3032 choice of agent email (template available in wiki) take a look!! Congrats and good luck!!!!

yes i gave them our emails...i havn't read ling che's...can u send me the link..hope its ok with u..tnx for the info,..

  7. When you called, they should have asked for the email addresses of you and your spouse and given you the NVC number if it was assigned. Since they didn't give you the NVC number, I would call back until they have it since you will need it later on. Until you have an NVC number, they will use your USCIS number. The next thing you should get is the Invoice ID number in an email. After you have the Invoice ID number you can then pay your two bills online and submit the paperwork for the next step. You should be getting those papers together now to help speed things up later. Don't worry about their time estimates since they always use 6-8 weeks for an answer, but don't worry about that because it seems to be moving faster than that right now. Once you have paid the fees and submitted the paperwork, then you wait for the case complete. This currently seems to be running around three weeks. Then you move into the interview queue which is probably even more stressful since the wait times are quite variable. Does this help you? If not, let me know and I can try to make it more clear. I know that I wish I had a clear understanding about how this whole process worked before I got started.

tnk u so much,,,it helps me a lot...:):)
