how was the medical exam Richi?

so my wife didn't make any money..as she was in school..so, jsut have her type something up..gotcha.

I know I've seen the answer to this question, but I can't find it in the forums. My wife did not file a tax return for 2009 because she was a student and didn't make any money. I know someone pointed someone to a form off the IRS website that you can download and present an official IRS form for not having filed for a certain year.

I found the DS260 last night..how much different is it than the DS230? how do you send the pictures and stuff? scan them in? I haven't looked at it, as my attorney hasn't paid the fee's yet..I'll get on his butt monday to take care of that, as it was just invoiced last night.

If 6 months or longer..I lived in a few places for 3 or 4 months..I didnt list those....they were temporary stops for me, lol

excellent..things have just started rolling for me, unfortunately I gotta wait for documents and police check to come in..next week i'm going to Ohio..i told the lawyer to speed things up I'm going to fill them out and then send them to him, for his final review. he just has to pay my damn fee's which became available tonight..grr.

Is NVC supposed to officially notify you when it's ready to be paid? Or if you got the link and it shows invoiced just pay it and supercede the waiting game of them telling you it's ready?

Ok, what the heck is this and what does it all entail, it's a new procedure for some consulates...online immigration application..I suppose it's going to replace the DS230..is the information the same? or is there more to it than on the DS230?

AOS and IV bill ready to be paid..now I just have to convince my attorney to pay the damn things...he seems to think we need to wait to get instruction from NVC to pay them, and to get some sort of friggin bar code, otherwise, in his words..it'll delay processing...BullSh!t!!

...still waiting for my Birth Cert...and AOS and IV bill to be invoiced..letter from hospital should be coming tomorrow or monday in mail. I'll send/email the expedite request out wednesday or thursday..see what happens I guess.

Ok, simple question..how long after your NVC file gets put into the system does it show up on the payment portal for your AOS and IV bill to be invoiced so that you can pay? Our info was put into the system on Nov 8, this past monday. I have the NVC Case # and the IIN #.

We have wedding albums, emails, easter pictures together..other miscellaneous pics, mail that I have in my name going to her address..transfer of my car into her name...a few phone calls from canada to ohio..other than the proper documents..that's all we're submitting..oh ya, and the statement for payments made on the wedding ring. She's coming with me to the interview as well.

So i'd say we're in good shape...I dont plan on using a ton of paperwork of chatlogs, I visit her twice a month as well.

I feel that her being there with me, and seeing our interaction will speak volumes on the validity of the marriage.
