HOPE AND PRAY THAT EVERYONE WHO IS STRUCK DUE TO THE CSC TO TSC TRANSFERS GET THEIR APPROVALS ON FEB 14TH AS A VALENTINES DAY GIFT.
IT IS REALLY PAINFUL AND MISERABLE TO BE SEPARATED FOR THAT LONG PERIODS.
That's the raj we all wanted to see
-
it is surprisingly quiet here, was hoping for raining approvals. but i guess i will just have to wait till next week now.
-
I am not sure why your application was sent back to "Acceptance" instead of "Initial Review"... Look at it this way- at least now you know for sure that your app is being worked on Give it a few days to see where it goes from here- maybe this is just their way of correcting whatever computer errors may have been entered in the beginning, and once that's happened, they can then proceed the way it should have been.
but he/she is already approved
-
Interestingly, I still have no clue where my application really is, so a part of me is still somewhat worried...
It is at TSC

touched @ 7:45
Congrats Fermet

just checking in to our new home

We feel ddevestaded... hopless...forgotten...cheated... and right now a little confused! While yesterday we got an email that said we where transfered to CSC now we just got another email that said where transfered again to a USCIS office.
What makes me more mad is that my noa1 date is july 1st or according to them july 8th.. still we got transfered with all the Aug. filers while it seems all the July filers are getting approved...
here is my analysis of TSC-CSC-USCIS office:
Remember back in Nov most of our cases were transferred on Nov 2 and then to a USCIS office on Nov 24th. We were also told that TSC only put cases into the system on Nov 24th. So it took them 22 days to put cases into their system. So if cases are getting notification of transfer to CSC and very shortly to a USCIS office then it is a good thing because they are now in CSC system and ready to work on.
Also at least you guys know where you cases are, i haven't got a touch since Dec 2. Looking at the data, i do not think any K3 filers are moved back to CSC therefore, i am just assuming that my case is still at TSC.

I emailed Angela 10 minutes ago, no response. I"M FREAKING OUT! My case has not been touched. I'm screwed!
same here no touches for me as well
-
That raj guy just started another thread on the same one that was closed earlier about the impacts on oct/nov/dec filers: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/295010-impacts-of-tsc-to-csc-transfers-in-novdecjan-applicants/
This time he kicked out Oct filers and added Jan into his concerned list

OFFICIAL CASE STATUS UPDATE!!!
APPROVED!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOOO
Congrats
-
So quiet tonight....
I can't say that I like your profile pic. but unfortunately can relate to it!LOL
Did you name it CSC-TSC black hole?
Well that is what it is
I want to change it to "I survived TSC" soon
-
Just called USCIS and they said that a lot of files are being transferred and they may not notify the recipients of the transfer. They said my file got transferred to California, but I didn't receive any notice nor 'touches'.
That is a height of customer service
-
i think the best bet is not to clog the CSC by transferring all these 36000 back and instead have TSC process them and just because CSC has resources does not mean that Oct/Nov/Dec applicants have to be pushed back at the expense of TSC transfers coming to CSC.
OK Raj We give up you win
-
you guys are talking as if it is some mistake of Oct/Nov/Dec filers here? 3 months would be nice. again i am saying it is best is TSC handles these 36000 cases fastly instead of transferring back them to CSC. Thats all I was saying.
If that is your argument then we can also say that CSC shouldn't have transferred 36000 cases to TSC in the first place
TSC does not and did not have resources to do this task on time http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=d06835e66570e210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=e7801c2c9be44210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

come on now, isn't it unfair now if the other applicants are getting delayed due to these TSC to CSC transfers?
so do you just want june/july/aug filers who got transferred keep getting delayed so everyone after them can just get results faster
also some of the sept/oct/nov filers got their approvals well withing 3-4 months because 36000 of us were sent to Texas. So wasn't that unfair
-
people slow down with the post lol I have been reading for the last hour trying to catch up anf finaly did
CONGRATS TO ALL APPROVALS!!!
Transfers to CSC I hope everyone who does get it has a speedy adjucidation. I haven't gotten an e-mail yet but I will post it if I get it.
Saylin you're working overtime tonight
Same here I am on this topic almost 24/7 (never close the browser) and even i am having hard time reading. I am away for 15 min. and here we go 3 pages of VJ common guys its more reading then my full time job. Any ways i am happy to see progress and praying for my approval. I have not got any touch yet. Please some one touch me (i am sure this is the only "touch" by other, that my wife wont have any problem with ).
Any ways congrats to all who got approvals
-
Congrats Foreverandever and xelance
Anyone getting any touches now days...
It seems like they transferred back lots of cases to CSC but i don't see any one receiving notices or touches in case status
-
Real curious about this line.....
Due to a number of unforeseen circumstances at our Texas Service Center
It means because of two snow days in Feb
-
www.approvemenowbeforeIexplode.com
people don't click on this website, it will automatically transfer your case now to Vermont to "speed up" processing
-
probably they should have sent them to Nebraska Service Center, will the CSC be clogged up now due to these approx. 36,000 applications coming back to them? if so what will be that effect on October, November, December and January 2011 applicants?
all those October/November filers thought that we were doing some drama in this forum so here it goes: I Don't give a damn
-
thanks. does that mean now all October, November, December and January 2011 applications will be slowed down?
I would think so
-
We were told to wait until February 9, and the day before that, they approved our case!!! But we went through several process just to get that. What's important now is that, the longest wait is finally over!!!
Question: Do I have to bring the originals of I-130 and I-864 during interview? Like with Matt's signature in it? Or it's okay if Matt will scan and I'll print them?
This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it. -Psalm 118:24
congrats for the approval.
Regarding the originals of I-130 and I-864, i am sure that even Matt wont have the originals because they are at USCIS/NVC and then to the consulate so what you have is already a copy of originals and scanned copy of that is fine

Is hard to believe anything after this big mess. Until my NOA2 will be in my hand I will not believe nothing :bonk: We have the chance to have our papers in hands of professionals at CSC and this give us hope. The last notice from TSC was with wrong name on it , and they are professionals?
Cip
remember our cases from CSC to TSC were transferred on Nov 2 and until Nov 24th, TSC could not even put them into the system
who still want to go to CSC
may be this is the solution: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/294623-does-nebraska-service-center-process-i130s/
