simple question... Co-Sponser or Joint Sponser....

they need to make at least minimum sponsor limit for 1 person... which would be $18,387....

so my email for DS-3032 worked... got both the emails from NVC...

and just paid my first $88.00 fees...

I Hope NVC keeps moving this fast...

so just a quick question on AOS...

for example I'm making somewhere around $16000

and i get a co-sponsor who is making the same $16000

1) does the NVC combine those income($32000) when looking at poverty guideline...

or do i need a cosponsor who individualy is making more then the poverty guideline...

i hope this make sense... im confused... the AOS will be for 1 person

ur input is greatly appreciated...

just checkin if invoice is generated... but i guess not... getting this stupid message...

Xelance... how long did you have to wait (from receiving the IIN to paying the AOS fees)??? I just received my IIN this morning. At first, it was telling me that the payment was "not invoiced"... but now, I'm getting the dreaded SIF error

Getting the same message... since today afternoon...

and i just sent the DS-3032 by email will send 1 throught snail mail just to be on the safe side...

No Lara.... I just got the NVC last night and the IIN this morning.... I don't think they've updated the website yet. Hopefully today... I would love to give them my money. LOL

the rep told me i wont be able to pay the bill right now as its not invoiced...

so any idea how long does it take to be invoiced?

umm jan submited ds 230s are still pending when will feb ds-230's case will be closed

Morning all heres to my VJ family having a great day. But how long does it take to get an NVC number after approval. Approval was on the 16th of Feb.

I just called NVC.. my case was transfered to NVC on FEB 17th... Still no Case # yet...

the rep told me that they just received my case and they will contact me in about 4-6 weeks...

i hope they dont take that long...

Wow so just called NVC talked to a human rep...

i wanted to know if my case was in the system yet... since it was sent out on Feb 17th to NVC...(According to Mr. Badger)

what the rep told me was that "they just received the case and u will hear from us in about 4-6 weeks...."

Is this Normal did anyone get the same answer...

I hope this is not true... this sucks...

So after reading couple of post that people got thier case # from human representative at NVC... I decided to call... and after being on

hold for awhile... I get "No Representative are availabe at this time" and the AVR Cut me off... really pissed about it...

So i guess i will have to call back on monday to get my NVC case # as the AVC doesnt have it at this time...

got a reply today that it was forwarded on 2/17...

so I guess I should have a case # sometime this week...

got approved last feb 10 but until now no hard copy of NOA2.. i called NVC hoping they have my case already but im wrong they still dont have it....

yeah i call NVC everynight... no case # for me yet either...

i emailed Ms. Angela Barrows but no reply from her yet... will keep on emailing her...

Finally got my NOA 2 Hardcopy today...

Keeping my fingers crossed to get my NVC# next week...

Cant wait to bet out of TSC...

Were the affidavits notarized or just signed?

U can get it notarized at a bank... thats what i did...

Hi People.. CONGRATS to everyone .. at least there is more action. I have a questions. I was approved on the 10th FEB and it seems than they did transfer me back from TSC to CSC because the NOA2 came from TSC... I have not received an email of being shipped and I have called the automated number NVC and no record of my case... I know Saylin told me CSC did not receive email notification that CSC ships the case file... Now, has anyone had any experice that was transferred CSC to TSC to CSC and how do you know how to check if your case has been sent to NVC

Mailed Mr. Badger today got a reply he said to give couple more days for mail delivery...

i did not get any email/txt that my case was sent to NVC...

so at this point i dont know what to belive... they might have sent my file or it might just be sitting in the backroom at TSC...

So I emailed Mr Badger to find out if my case was forwded to NVC yet...

This is what I got from him... i was approved on Feb 10th 2010 - TSC

so i dont know have they actually mailed it... cause like most of you i havent received any email stating that my file was shipped to NVC...

is this common to not receive an email... or an update on the website...

I contacted Officer Angela with the same query(how long will it take for the approved petiton to reach NVC? & will NVC be notified with the TSC fiasco?). So here's her reply..

"Finalized petitions should leave TSC within 2 business day for the NVC. I am not sure how long it will take at the NVC and it wouldn’t be right for me to speak for them. I am glad that your petition was approved. " (smiley was a part of the email)

if it is true then i think we should be in the system by tuesday or wednesday...
