Yepey!!...We just got both of our NOA1's for I-485 & I-765 in the mail just 6 days after they sent us an email acceptance and almost 12 days after we filed our AOS!!...now waiting for my Biometrics appointment & hoping it would be soon!!..a wonderful gift for us this Christmas!..God is so good!!...btw, how long will you receive the Biometrics appointment after you get your NOA1??..thanks alot..we are so happy!!..God bless us all!!

  2. today's my Bday and we got a wonderful gift...just received a text message & email from USCIS that they received our AOS application already...got our receipt #..and will be waiting 7-10 days for the mail....hehe...Thank you Lord for the blessings...

  7. last Dec.7, 2010 ..we sent our AOS through USPS Express Mail to the courier/express deliveries address not to the PO box address(after calling the USCIS verifying which address will we send in our application since we will use USPS Express Mail)...now, I have read some threads here in VJ saying you need to send the $1070 AOS fee in just 1 money order...the USPS gave us 2 money orders, $1000 and $70 money orders separately coz their maximum amount is only $1000 per money or...

      Same here too, had submitted 2 form of money order. Tried to call the money center in walmart and same thing as in USPS office $1000 is the maximum amount.Goodluck to us!

Hello An..xnxa..medyo busy with our AOS now...hmm..yep, they took some of the original documents..hmmm, there were other documents that they returned..and if ever, they will not return it to your after your interview, for sure, they will return some together with your passport( I got some documents together with my passport, with K1 visa stamped)..to make sure, just get lots of copies. God bles...

Get your Ds forms at the USCIS website..coz they usually update the forms there..take note always of the expiration date of the forms..btw, I don't think that US Embassy in Manila accepts DS160..they still use the DS156 & 157 I guess..try to call the embassy regarding the forms just to make sure...God bless...

Hello Shedn...just had my DS3025 Vaccination Record from St.Lukes transcribed by the civil surgeon under USCIS on I-693...then we will not file I-131 coz we don't have any plans though to go out of the country..so it's not necessary at all..we will just file the I-485 & I-765(EAD)....God bless!!

      what are those documents they need for the adjustment of status? did you file also the I-131?

      Hello Shedn...just had my DS3025 Vaccination Record from St.Lukes transcribed by the civil surgeon under USCIS on I-693...then we will not file I-131 coz we don't have any plans though to go out of the country..so it's not necessary at all..we will just file the I-485 & I-765(EAD)....God bless!!

      ask naman po help naman jan for filing aos nagfile na kami a week ago pero after a week nakarecieve kami ng mga forms na ala naman sinabi blan form sila lahat ano meaning nondo we need to fill out that form ba. thanks reply naman dyan

  20. hello..I didn't have my visa expedited..my visa arrived @ our home in Bacolod 4 business days after my interview in Manila..I guess there was one member here before, who was accompanied by her fiance during their interview and she got approved..she just asked if ever it can be delivered to the hotel where they stayed in Manila..it would always take 3-5 days before you can get your visa..God...

  21. wow..kept on looking for any Asian store since I came here..been to other cities without knowing we got a very big Filipino Seafood City Supermarket here in Concord..hehe...Got Jollibee, Chowking, Goldilocks, Red Ribbon, etc...nice, isn't it??..feels like home...Thank you Lord...

  22. just wondering..we are completing the forms needed for the AOS..do we need to send evidences/documents/photos to prove our relationship/marriage or it's just the forms & supplements + filing fee that we need to send??..are the evidences of our relationship/marriage needed whenever we would file for Removing of Conditions(after 2 years)??thanks..God bless!!

  23. question regarding form I-693...how can you determine if you need to submit an I-693 together with your AOS package??..how come others just included their vaccination records together with their package and how come others need to have a signed I-693 from a local surgeon??...ayzzzttt...really wondering now..God please guide all of us!!
