Does anybody know when it would be the perfect time to change maiden name to married name in order

to receive visa and green card and all with married name??????? please advise me on any info you guys can share when it comes to name changes. thank you

Thank you for the info. I will tell my husband about it. He went and got tax returns for 07 and 08 since he didnt

file in 09. He will get his award letter for veterans affairs tax free pay and SDDI. He will write down stament of tax free pay he gets and send the award letters for both when they ask for them. Hopefully they dont ask for more. thank you everybody.

Hi everyone. My husband just sent form I-130. I wonder if anybody has a similar situation to ours

My husband is a disabled veteran. He gets paid trough the veterans affairs tax free and makes well over the amount

needed for income level. He doesnt file any taxes because is all tax fre, do you guys know if they would give us any issue for that and if we need a co sponsor. as I said he makes way over the income level that is needed.

Another question: The marriage certificate that they give here in san pedro sula is in spanish. Has anyone had any problems submitting the form I 130 with a marriage certificate in spanish, does it need to be translated to english?

Do you need to send passport photos and completed form G325 if applying for K3 visa with form I 130??

hi, I marry just one month ago in san pedro sula. My question: what's the difference between visa k3 and CR-1?? Kind of confuse with that...Which is easier in terms of time????
