      Is your wife a US. Citizen..? If yes then the case is F1 and currently they are processing NOv. 1, 2015 cases filed before that date. If your wife is not a US Citizen then the case will be considered F2B.. in this time the child cannot get married .. but can if his mom gets US Citizenship. Between the two categories - processing times for visa is about a ONE YEAR Difference.... On average 7-Years.
