      hi ricardo,i see some posted that they sent a letter to uscis to opt out of the f-1 because the fb2 is faster for permanent resident, my wife is a us citizen she sent a copy of her naturalization certificate,they sent her a letter that she is upgraded.thanks keep in touch,
