      that would be true /makes sense.. and in the LONG run will be the BEST option for EVERY APPLICANTS with children. I would prefer USCIS to hold my application for 2-3 years in processing than for it to be held at the NVC especialaly for a child who is few years from aging out. BEcause then CSPA would go into effect for the time spent with USCIS. Since the case would have sat at the NVC because priority dates arent near then they ARE NOT IN A HURRY FOR PROCESSING.
