    Finally got touched September 8, 2010. It's something anyway, after 6 months and nothing. Will call again the 9-25-10 will be 7 months.

      Mine was touched on 9/9 and then was approved 9/17. This is good news. Btw, if you call USCIS, ask to talk to a Tier2 Immi Service Officer.

      Just found out today I will be getting a request for evidence. So much for having a lawyer fill out the forms and submit everything. I am wondering what I need.?
