:-( My receipt number isn't in their system... I tried calling and I spoke to someone, he said my case is there and it is being worked on but it just hasn't been updated online... :-( this means I won't know when I've been touched or whether or not they're accessing it. I'm very disappointed.
We did DCF and couldn't do any of the online checking. I think if I had the option to check online I would have gone completely nuts lol don't worry, it will all be fine!
