1. Photos and fingerprints were taken in Texas. Therefore, there is a RECORD in Texas.
2. Photos and fingerprints were taken in New Mexico. Therefore, there is a RECORD in New Mexico.
3. The photos and fingerprints were MOST likely used to access a variety of government databases. Any access to a government database generates a RECORD of date, time, who, which agency, and for what purpose..

Filing for bankruptcy does not give you a "fresh start". You still have to pay back some of it. And the portion of your debt that gets forgiven, take a guess as to who pays for that.
Don't get me wrong. For some people, it's their only option. But when you said "I don't wanna work for peanuts" to pay YOUR debt, it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

While you are at it, might as well take the photo in front of a recognizable landmark, such as in front of city hall or local police department (make sure the sign or building name is visible). That will prove where the photo was taken in addition to when the photo was taken. Just my thought.
