Our case was sent back to USCIS, my senator got involved and USCIS said that I can send additional evidence and the name of two supervisors so my evidence is not lost. Why not call your senator for help?

Trust me they will not accept the Arabic or French. You can call the consulate themselves. The native tongue is an general statemet for all arab country, but Morocco is different. I cannot stress that they will look for a reason to turm him away. Get the new translated. It is easy to do.

It is specific to the consulate, but the petitioner has a right to find out details of the AP and must act on their rights under the Freedom of Information Act that is in place.

I have seen this video but I have an issue with the fact that they are never fair or unbiased. They rarely look at your file and tend to make premature judgements before one shows up for their interview. I know that there is fraudulant cases from Morocco, but they should show respect to the interviewees.

Crazy that I was thinking the same that the holidays are over so the NVC can get back to work. I could not really enjoy the holidays because the NVC is slow. Will our waiting ever end???

I GOT THE SAME DEAL LIKE U GUYS, AND THEY ASK ME TO APPERA FOR A SECOND INTERVIEW ON MAY 21,2010 ,AFTER THE INTERVIEW THE OFFICER TOLD US THAT MY BACKROUND CHECK IS NOT DONE YET AND MY FRIEN IM WAITING FOR 6 MONTH ALLREADY!!!SAME DEAL LIKE U !! AND I DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE ALERT CONGRESSMAN ,INFOPASS,STAMPS IN MY PASSPORT AND I GOT A LETTER SAYING THAT I WILL GET AN ANSWER WITHIN 90 DAYS!!! CAN U IMAGINE THIS A BACKROUND CHECK IS GOING FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AND NO ANSWER YET!!!
