    Yesssssss EAD On June 23, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Day 110, thanks to the lady at USCIS San Juan that did her job! it took us 4 infopasses!

    Will take his Passport and VISA on Tuesday, but i have a big question: Will he need wait 20 days to can fly to Puerto Rico? Plz... somebody answer me bcz i will buy tickets!!!

    I'm new here, our lawyer will be scheduling our interview for K1 visa this July 1st week, I'm nervous about the Medical Exam, I only have Hepa B during my nursing study and Cervical Vaccine, no vaccines when I was young. What do I need to do?

      Your lawyer is not the one that schedule the interviews but the USA embassy from where the beneficiary is. :)

    Been 14 days since they got m AOS , and yet I still have not receive my email notification or text. now I' m getting impatient, should i call the USCIS or ?

      In our case it took them 3 weeks to produce a e-mal notification. We are march filers.

    In April 27... the Embassy approved the Expedite after i fought with them a long battle... i wrote to the ONU by the Human Rights violations that this ppl were doing to our case... Now we are waiting for more instructions...

    We got our AOS/NOA1 email today!! yey well got 3 emails and 3 txt msgs from USCIS about NOA1, seems they have some bug in their system??

      Good you are done with it! We got our AOS?NOA1 email today! We got 3 e-mails plus 3 txt msgs, so probably we will get 3 hard copies too. Whats wrong with these people?? Sending triplicates, loosing papers, slower than usual.

    pissed off!!! how the hell can ppl that filed after me get their approvals before!!!!

      Thats happen all the time, some people get approvals in 1 month others in 6 months, try to distract and don't read much about those quick approvals. Even at the day of the interview it happen to us, people that came later than us went before.

      Thanks by the reviews I think Atlanta will be his POE. Funny we came some days ago from the interview. At our POE JFK my dad had problem that we never understood why but the official took us to an office, check his passport again and again, one told the other that all was missing (all of what no idea) then stamp it and let us go without explanation. He told it was nothing and to go.
