    So i made Dustin email the Senators on Thursday evening, and today he received a reply from 1, and he needs to fill out a form and send it back. Today I went onto USCIS website and checked again, and there are TWO that were given RFE's today, first time since March 28 anyone in my "batch" was touched... Two more of us left to be touched - lets hope today is our day!! *Holding thumbs*...

    Anyone's 5 months up and called CSC yet? If so what have they said? I still have no NOA2 and am getting pretty upset! :(

      @LoriT - My 5 months was up 3/25. Why must you wait another 11 days?? OMG! This is CSC (the one that is meant to be doing so well lately). Dustin said he called today and all they said to him is that it was still under Initial Review - i know that, but i want to know why some Nov filers are getting theirs and we still sitting with nothing! :( I've been to check on USCIS site - my "batch" has 12 in it, 3/4 had theirs approved last year or jan or feb this year, a few in marc...

      contact the senators!!call again, ask to speak to a supervisor, and get them to give you more information on your case. Then, let them know you've already contacted the senators...we did that and on the same day we got the approval...maybe it was just coincidence but who knows...

      hey I was wrong. Our NOA1 dates are 3 days apart, so since I got mine on the 29th I'm pretty sure you'll get yours maybe on Mon or Tues... Have you called USCIS? If not, do it. Call every day and tell them you'll contact the congressmen if you have no news next week.

      Well i'm hoping Dustin calls Aoifemc and Carolina. I'm just quite depressed at the moment, mine is 25th Oct, and on egors list there are three of us and only 1 (had to be only one and the middle one, and not all of us) has been given NOA2 :(
