    Hey. We called NVC to find out when they sent my package to the embassy (exact date), and asked for our case number, i then tracked it on DHL, when i saw the package (that was sent that exact day) was delivered and signed for, i then emailed the embassy with our case number, asked if they had received the package, if so to please email packet 3 - which they did - the same day :)...

    WOW! Received Packet 4 (My Interview Date) today... They can only get me an interview on 18th May.... :( Bummed about that, but hey AT LEAST I HAVE AN INTERVIEW DATE!! Woohoo!!

    Hi. I'm not sure about the Embassy in London. But my Embassy sent it via email - we got the case number from NVC and i waited a week to email the embassy to find out if they received the petition (i tracked mine on DHL), then a few hours later we got an email saying packet 3 was attached, and i must fill out the required forms and email it back to them... Good luck with the interview etc :)

    Received packet 3 today, filled out the checklist and form to email them to the embassy tomorrow! WOW things really move faster after NOA2!! :P

    Exactly 206 days today since we started the visa process... Hopefully this will all be done in 2 weeks time, and we can be together again!! *One can only hope* :D

    NVC received package - 15th April, got our case number today (YAY!), and it's apparently been sent to the embassy today!! Woohoo, things are moving now!! :D

      WOW 2 weeks and she'll be with you?? That's so exciting :) I have my unabridged birth certificate, police clearance and medical all ready :D so they asked to see extra evidence? I've got facebook messages, gmail chats, emails, photo's, and waiting for Dustin's package for the call logs, we have cards to each other, engagement congrats, all sorts... LOL! I'm getting quite nervous for it now! LOL

    Any fellow South Africans know if it is worth me buying a World Call card and calling NVC and DOS for info?? Or to get a World Call card is a waste of time??

    We've got everything sorted, Dustin just needs to send me the package he is putting together, with the affidavit of support and i'll have everything. I like to know ahead of time what i'll need, so i emailed the embassy in january and asked them for a copy of the packet 3 and they sent it - was the best thing i did, SUCH a huge help :)

    You should be getting your NOA2 soon!! Great to see another South African here :) Where abouts are you from? I'm so happy this next part goes by quickly, can't wait for my interview so i can be with Dustin again!! YAY! Will be holding thumbs for you. VSC seem to be speeding up a bit, they on Oct now aren't they? :)

      Shane is from Johannesburg. He's here now and will return to SA soon, we hope! Grr, what a stressful process. Keep us updated on your progress (interview, lessons learned, etc from a SA perspective)....we'll need all the help/tips we can get! :)

      medical is not until 26th of April as there is only one doctor in ireland who does them!! so he's so busy! i sent package three and notice of readiness so just wiaiting to hear something back now. do you guys have any more plans to visit or are you waiting for the final move? :)
