here is my old links http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/253273-called-csc-to-request-expedite-and-they-did-approved-i-130/page__view__findpost__p__3891284

    =======================================

    Expedite Criteria at USCIS

All expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and are granted at the discretion of the Director. The burden is on the applicant or petitioner to demonstrate that one or more of the expedite criteria have been met. The criteria are as follows:

Severe financial loss to company or individual

    Extreme emergent situation

    Humanitarian situation

Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States

Department of Defense or National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government)

    USCIS error

    Compelling interest of USCIS

If you are filing your application or petition:

You must provide a written explanation as to why the application or petition needs to be expedited. You may include supporting evidence with the request. Write “EXPEDITE REQUEST” at the top of your letter. When you file your application or petition, place your expedite request letter on the top of your documents.

If you have already filed your application or petition:

You can contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283. The NCSC will take a “service request” and forward your expedite request to the office with jurisdiction over the application or petition. You also have the options of 1). visiting your local office by scheduling an InfoPass appointment or 2). writing a letter to the local office or service center.

  2. YES. MOM WILL BE FILING ANOTHER I130 FOR BROTHER AS WELL.BUT I NEVER FILL OUT FOR HIM EXCEPT FOR MY SIS.

OK based on my understanding on form I-130 that your mom is gonna be petitioning for your brother. If your mother already petition for your brother yes she needs to fill out on your sister's petition I-130 ...( I-130 22 SECTION D. OTHER INFORMATION) your brother info...

But, if she is not petition for your brother yet. Only your mom if she is going to petition for your sister only. She need only to fill out on I-130 22 SECTION D. OTHER INFORMATION she needs to say "NONE"

Your petition for your sister nothing to do with your mother petitioning but petition for your sister both you and your mother is a great idea. Your mother would be more faster. I wish you the best, good luck!

  3. ON I-130 22 SECTION D. OTHER INFORMATION

IF SEPARATE PETITION ARE ALSO BEING SUBMITTED FOR OTHER RELATIVE, GIVES NAMES OF EACH AND RELATIONSHIP.

THE WAY I UNDERSTAND IS IF SOMEELSE SUBMITTED FOR THIS PERSON NAME AND REALTIONSHIP?

THE REASON I ASK IS I ALSO SUBBITED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL AS SISTERS OF US CETIZENS. ANY HEP WILL BE APPRICAITED

Are you petitioning to anyone? or only This one? Do you have more than one I-130 for your relative?

  4. We're done! Congrats and good luck everyone!

    Congratulations!!!

  5. Yes, I have sent, i think that is why my status is said paid and our payment accepted. If you mean DS-230 yes it is sent to the address on the print out paper, or bar code document i got after payment.

In order to communicate viw E-mail with NVC first you have to register or update your e-mail with NVC operator, when you receive your case number from NVC. Have you call NVC the operator to update your e-mail? or have you send Form DS-3032?

If you don't update or register your e-mail with NVC what ever e-mail you send them possibly this will not reach for attended person or department.

That's why I ask you if you send DS-3032. I am not talking about DS-230.

You mention that, You send everything which is all form. All you have to do just wait for NVC to respond back to you any time soon.

    I wish you good luck

  6. I have recieved an email from NVC for reply to my previous email asking them if they have recieved my IV package and arranged second AOS package and leting me know if there is missing things..i asked them week a go today they come up with response saying "According to our records, your Immigrant Visa Processing Fee payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and complete the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) form and submit it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.

Please visit the Department of State's website above to download a copy of the DS-230 and/or the instructions."...

is this normal...they didnt open my letters still or wat...cause I have filled the forms and sent them two weeks ago

Have you send form DS-3032 to NVC?

  7. The main reason that the interviewing officer gave is we don't have enough evidence to prove the relationship. That is what the Senator's office case worker get replied from the the chief officer of the embassy for the request of a reason of denial. Beside that they don't have any reason that they mentioned. Thanks for the help.

I am sorry to hear that. If that was the case did they give it to you a white paper with a mark on the reason of the denial? They usually give a white paper and the reason of the denial. And in order for you to continue with your process they do explain to you what exactly you need to do. You also mentioned your Congress offices inquire for your case. I think this a great move for your next petition for your fiancé too.

I was wondering how come the counselor did not ask you to bring more evidence in order for your case to continue? They usually tell you to bring more evidence it's not usual for the embassy automatically to denied you. I don't know if they automatically do that. They usually tell you to bring more evidence on the second interview and then they will determine if you qualify.

I wish you the best and good luck

  8. Everything you mission all from 1 to 4, is acceptable. U.S. embassy in Ethiopia mostly prefers a whole bunch of picture. As you know if you aware of it Internet service in Ethiopia is very slow they don't expect everyone to provide online, e-mail list, skype and so on...

You should provide whenever you have us much as you can. But, do not forget to provide all kind of pictures you and your fiancé you and the fiancée family. And in Ethiopian tradition family have a highly respect in their family member marriage ceremony. The embassy takes this consideration they do expect you to bring a bunch of picture.

    Good luck

  9. Finally it is sorted out, thanks to GOD. They accepted $404 payement for IV. You should pay the latest generated IV payment, and as one VJ memember suggested to me, if you have already paid the $400 you pay the difference, or required to pay the difference when your documents arrive here. Meanwhile I have already sent my documents for IV long ago...filled and signed on June 18, after the first IV payment generated...Do I have to change this form, but the form is still recent one??

Nice to hear your IV $ accepted for you. The form is one form.
