Hello everyone! so sorry we have missed many of your posts. Margie and I have a new baby girl named Cassandra Lee Lindsey and of course she is so beautiful! We are now in the process of petitioning our son still living in the Philippines. Can't wait for him to be here with his family! Any help in this process would be greatly appreciated.

You still have time to fill out another affidavit of support and list your unemployment as income (It looks better than having no income)as well as your savings and assets. Fill out a new form and fax it to your fiance. I believe with your savings alone, you will have no problems. Pray for the right interviewer! Each one is different. Some are nice and polite while others act suspicious!

we are filing fiancee visa and we recive our NOA2 approve.what forms do i need to bring during our interview day,do we need to schedule our interview or will the embassy schedule our interview.

just copy the link in your toolbar and there u will see what to do.You will need to call them to set for interview.the numbers are there in that link and all the documents needed for interview...My friend here named prettyrick said that they were told to call next week for december interview.Once you have interview schedule, u may now go to Saint Luke for medical exam..Actually replied to you right away wen u post questions in my profile.But i believe u have not read it..So i post again toda
