Ebunoluwa got a reaction from andrea4prez in Withdraw Petition or let it Expire
The OP had a question. Wether it is his first second or third petition is no ones business but his alone, neither is the age difference or where he chooses to find a partner. Those are his choices. It was not him who was sarcastic but he received a sarcastic response with all the little hateful emoticons and critical remarks which was highly uncalled for. I would also withdraw versus letting it expire and include the reasons in a short letter. There are good people here you just have to weed the noise out. So sorry for your pain.

Ebunoluwa got a reaction from JAPrincess in Getting Married before K-1 is approved
I know of a circumstance where the K1 couple had a religious ceremony and never submitted any photos of it.
Both were present at the 2. interview. The CO took a photo of their ceremony out of their thick case folder and showed it to the couple, asking what is this ? You are married ?
The petitioner said yes that was an unregistered religious ceremony and no they are not married. The CO replied she doubted that it was unregistered.
The couple has no idea how the CO obtained the photo. It was a large paper print copy. The couple was denied for another reason.
You are close to your interview, why start all over again with a spousal visa ? Would you not prefer to be together sooner rather than later ?
Unless you are put in prolonged AP after your interview I would not proceed with even a religious ceremony at this point.

So many posts, so little information. My guess is that much of it may be material.
Now there is no requirement to post what you do not want to on a public board, but at least see a lawyer.

Usually it is not the USC's motives that are in question.
