Just letting you know my wifes POE was on Dec 25th and she just received her Green Card today, January 15th. Yours should be coming soon soon soon!

Less than 15 hours and wifey will be in the U.S for good!!! So excited!

Interview today and Visa was approved!!!!

Yep mine looks the same. Not sure why. Please let me know if you get all your originals back at the interview. Then again it also says im missing PCC in that letter but i had sent it in. Luckily wife has two which one she will bring to the interview.

Ha nevermind what i just wrote below. I did a search on the forum on this topic and it seems im more confused than i was before. No need to confuse you as well. So ignore me.

Just a heads up. We got our interview letter and took it to an agent here in Anand. He says amabedad requests copies of the originals that we had sent into NVC. This is something new and just the VFS office wants everything for their files. We too need to bring all the copies to the interview day but that we all knew. Think he said they want everything at least 10 days before the interview date.

Thanks! I wont be staying here. Leaving next week to go back to the U.S. I been gone for 6 weeks already, i cant stay for another 6 weeks without getting a beat down from work. =P

I been here since end of september but coming back next week to chicago. Was hoping to bring the wife back with me but we didnt get a November interview date as i had hoped.

If you know the best place to get clean chicken anywhere in Gujarat then please let me know. Went to BBQ Nation in Varoda and it was pretty amazing. Want to go to more places like that.

Hey sorry for the late reply, i am actually visiting Gujarat right now. Anand to be exact.

My wife took her barcode sheet for her IV and showed it at the passport office, thats how she got her PCC. Seems like for some it works and others it doesnt.

wow you been waiting that long for an interview date? I just received our CC and was hoping for a december interview, but seems unlikely if the wait time is the same as yours.

Has anyone who had a case complete after you gotten their interview date from Mumbhai yet?

Nevermind, did some more reading. Looks like india is pretty busy and november is already full. Some been waiting 3+ weeks for an interview date and still havent gotten it. Guess i will be going home without her. But at least the bulk of it is over.

From what sachinky told me (she had the same indian consulate as us) is they do scheduling 2 times a month. 2nd week and last week of each month. We shall see what happens.

Im hoping she gets a late november interview date but doubt that will happen. In that case I will be going back to the U.S mid November.

I actually had two RFE at seperate times. Each one took exactly 3 weeks from the date AVR stated they received it till it was reviewed. Hope that helps.

Trip going well! I will post once i get an interview date. Still need a SIF/CC for that to happen. Hopefully in two more weeks.
