1. how to get my Case # and give our e-mail on NVC?

2. how to send DS-3032 by e-mail?

3. Do i still have to send the DS-3032 by mail?

my wife's I-130 just got approve May 11. and i dont have my NOA2 on my hand.. should i call after 1 week?

ok..they stamped the receipt no# on the back of the check starting 3 letters. for example WAC445515145 something like that... write it down.. then go to the USCIS website to check the status.. your gonna be ok...

in my case.. they didnt sent is back... they forward it into the right address... so.. maybe wait like 1-2 weeks... and keep checking your bank acount..

me..too before.. i send it to the wrong address... at the old old address.. at USCIS laguna niguel CA. thats in the intruction where to file..then i called them.. if they will send it back my application.. and they said.. yes it will be rejected.. i wait like 2 weeks for my application to arrive.. but when i check my bank account.. i see that the check has been cashed.. the day after the check has been cash i got my noa1..

in your case.. iether reject it.. of forward it to the right address..

I have 2 seperate petion... for my wife and daughter and and they have different priority dates.. on my daughter aplication is 1-month behind to my wife..

so my question. is...if the application got approve on USCIS. can the NVC merge those 2 application?

Hey saw the March filers one and figured I start the April one. Basically just a post to discuss our newbie journeys for whoever has applied around this time. Here's my story/questions so far:

Story: I sent out my 130 April 1st and certified it through the post and it wasn't received til the 7th :-P My USCIS center is California and I'm still waiting on my NOA1. It has been 9 days :-( Hopefully I'll get it in the mail today! I've noticed it takes 7-12 days, so I'm still expecting to wait a little bit before freaking out.

Question: If my wait for the NOA1 passes the average wait time how do I contact USCIS without a receipt number. I just tried calling and they wanted me to enter a receipt number which is found on this form that I don't have yet. Also, has anyone else been waiting a little longer than usual??

if the check has been cashed... youll see the receipt no# on the back of the check its start on WAC

but i dunno after aproval for my wife I-130. if they can merge my daughters I-130!!! when my daughters I-130 gets aprove? and it will be a month behind for my wife..

i sent my wife I-130 on feb.9 2010 my the NOA1 is feb.11 directly to CSC still initial review.. but they have touch it like 2 times... no NOA2 yet.. u should expect your in 2-3 months...

sent my daughters I-130 late.. didnt know that have to send seperate aplicantion if u are citizen

Im a USC and send I-130 for my 2yrs old daughter.... on March 1 2010... got my NOA1 on March 9... my priority date is march 9... i send it late.. cause.. didnt know i need to send seperate form for my wife and daughter if u are a citizen..
